This is the ONLY place that I let touch my hair. This is not just a place you get a hair service you get a full service. Whenever I come here I stay for hours just because I love hanging out with all the staff! They know exactly what to do with my hair and always do the right thing. They also offer a variety of services which just makes it so much easier especially if you are someone with limited time.

The problem I have witht this salon is they cancel and will try to push you to someone else. They are expensive. My twin sister recommended them to me she lives in Oceanside…
I came out too dark and had to go in to get lighter and another hair cut.
I have very short thin hair but because of repeating a highlight and color I ended up paying hundreds of dollars. When your not happy with your hair and you have to repeat the service and tip (I tipped generously both times even though I wasn’t happy) it adds up. The manager owner knew I wasn’t happy and said it would be adjusted at a discounted price. She wasn’t in the day I came back and I wasn’t going to argue. The prices always changes for hair cuts. I have short hair and was charged 55.00 and then recently sixty. Makes no sense.
I also don’t like the fact for highlights color was used and I wasn’t advised that… My hair is thin and short but doesn’t take or hold color well, ask me so I have the choice! I wouldn’t of had to go back out of my way (I live out in Suffolk) for the repeat if bleach was used in the first place.
Oven ever ever had to pay for an adjustment with tips both time I ended up paying 500.00… It’s a scam and a rip off — -

I was in desperate need for a color correction bc my previous hair dresser really did a number on my hair. I went to Dawn and words cannot express how amazing she was. Not only is she very knowledgable she was so funny and made me feel very comfortable. She fixed my blonde and extremely over processed hair and gave me the best shade of blonde and low lights for my skin tone, not to mention my hair feels so soft! I have never been happier. Def going to continue to go there. Also side note the entire staff is very tentative and sweet. Making sure I was ok and always asking if I needed anything to drink.
