This was probably the easiest moving experience ever. Max and his team arrived at my apartment early. They were polite and professional. They had everything necessary with them (blankets, bubble wrap, etc.). They packaged everything up and got it out super fast. Everything arrived at the right destination in perfect condition. I trusted them the whole time 100%, i was never stressed or nervous and am so grateful that they made it so worry free for me! I would use them again in a heartbeat and i would highly recommend.

Konstantin and the team at Easy Moving were simply amazing. I have moved 10 times in NYC and would recommend them over any other movers. They were fast, efficient, and packed up everything safely — nothing lost, broken or chipped. And on top of it, the movers were lovely and overly helpful on what normally is a chaotic day!

I used Easy Moving and Storage twice – once for a relocation to San Francisco (from NYC) and again this summer for my relocation back to NYC. I worked with Konstantin and Joseph, they both provided fantastic customer service and working with both of them was a pleasure. Their team of movers were very efficient and extremely careful with all of my belongings door to door. They even worked extra hard to get my couch to fit through the front door due to very small hallways. The price is also very competitive/​reasonable.

–They were an hour late picking my stuff up in California (I imagine it is difficult to give a hard time when moving coast to coast, so I aloud myself a week before I actually moved to ease my own anxiety. However, they did give me a 3 day window of when they would arrive and 24 hours notice with a 3 hour window of time)

Yesterday was a nightmare! and it isn t over yet! What was the simplest move ever turned into disaster. They had to pick up a sectional sofa (2 pcs) and 3 bookcases at a storage facitlity a few miles from my house and deliver to the second floor of my home. They had to first remove a sleep sofa and loveseat from the second floor. They said the sofa was too heavy they had to take it apart. They proceeded to remove the bed from inside the sofa when I asked if they shouldn t make sure they could bring the sectional up before they disassembled my sofa since it was the same size. They kept conversing with each other in another language so we were unaware of what they were saying. So sure enough they get the first part of the sectional up the stairs and they tell us they can t get it all the way up after 5 minutes of trying! Did I mention they started the job at 5:30 — 3 and half hours late to begin with just getting to the storage unit with just enough time to empty our unit before they closed at 6. Anyway, I asked if they couldn think of different strategies to get the sofa up. They got very nasty especially Max. He kept calling Konstantin back at the office. SO I said well put my sofa back together .They brought it back up and after a few minutes said it was back together-​it took them half hour to take apart but in 5 minutes it was back together-​we found several bolts on the window sill and they shrugged their shoulders. We voiced our dismay at the situation and my husband tried to reach Konstatin on the phone– no answer. Then Max locks the truck with the other part of our sectional inside and says he has to have payment before he finished the move. We said when we had all our possessions he would get paid. He wad fighting with us in the street saying ridiulous things becuse we were distressed that now we had a sectional sofa and no where to put it! Was I supposed to leave it on the patio? to get ruiined. hey didnt even offer to find a way to get it into our house. My husband insisted they get Konstantin on the phone. Finally he did l-​they were now blaming us for the failed move. That we should have known if the furniture would fit or not-​thats why we hired movers!!! we re retired — we needed MOVERS to get this done! Konstantin told them to release out furniture and finish the job. We had to fight with them to replace the 3 of the 4 doors that had to be removed to make it EASIER for them to do their job. They were complaining of not getting time for lunch and the commute and having to rush at the storage facility– yeah — because you were LATE!! They were supposed to be there at 2! My husband and I had to move our dining room furniture around and had them put the ssectional into our dining room. There isn t any room to move but we can t get it anywhere else in the house. We have furniture everywhere else! So now we have to find a real mover who can get this sectional up our stairs or we ll have to get someone to take it back to the storage facility and rerent a unit at an increased cost now. moved from NYC to LA. i first tried shipping boxes through USPS. bad idea! USPS wrecked my boxes. Thankfully, nothing too valuable was in them. Another set of boxes i shipped through Easy moving and also one very important piece of equipment. Price was reasonable and movers were professional!

HORRIBLE, MISERABLE EXPERIENCE. UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. Movers never showed up on time. Didn’t call to say they’d be late. I had to call them to learn they’d be 2 hours late. Then I called to find out they’d be 4 hours late. Finally, 5 hours later, two movers showed up. By then, too late to move and get into new building. Poor communication and poor service all the way around. The whole day I was in contact with the company, who had no explanation as to what we going on and no solution to fix it. They kept saying just a little bit longer. Movers also called my new building and my new super after I told them not to. Not forthcoming or transparent.
I originally was going to use Easy Moving because their price was significantly lower than Flat Rate. Several hundred dollars lower. I described the move and the inventory the same way to both companies. When the movers showed up, they told me it was going to take about 2.5x the amount of time the sales guy on the phone said, who demanded a new, significantly higher price and credit card charge before the move started. I’m now going with Flat Rate, who ended up being less expensive than the new price the manager demanded.
SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND GO WITH A RELIABLE MOVING COMPANY AND DON’T RISK A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE LIKE I HAD!!!

Easy Moving helped me and my husband move a 3-​bedroom in NYC to the Hartford area. Our NYC apartment had a small elevator.
LOWS
— They were over 2 hours late that Saturday morning. (The triathalon had blocked off roads.) They weren’t very good about giving us an ETA, which was stressful.
— When they arrived, they had only 3 people with them. There had been a misunderstanding between the person who came and did an in-​person quote and the team that schedules about how many items needed to be carried down 6 flights of stairs because they did not fit in the elevator. There was a tense 20 minutes when we were figuring out what to do — reschedule, find more people, charge us more.
HIGHS
— In the end, they honored their original quote, which I was thankful for but left me feeling really bad for the three, exhausted movers.
— They did a great, great job. They got all our stuff into their truck in just over 3 hours and even quicker into our new apartment. They were speedy and careful.
— Nothing was broken or missing.
— Definitely the cheapest quote we got (but see the aforementioned issues.)

Please accept this as an official review from a first time and not the last time customer of Easy Moving company. Our project was not an easy one and required a company to come pack our stuff in New York, put it into storage for 3 weeks, then move the things to California, leave it in storage there for another 3 weeks, and then complete the move. Easy Moving proved to be a very professional company with contacts and solutions to make this project a successful one. As with any complex operation, there were issues here and there that came up, but I look at it as how a company responds to them and how a company offers solutions to them. Konstantin and Joseph were there within a phone call throughout the move and their movers and partner affiliates took care of everything within the negotiated price. There was no damage to any of our things aside from a few things that we neglected to handle ourselves and I would vouch for this company and am happy to be a reference. Thanks guys, hope the best for you all.

Awesome to work with. Three guys were supposed to show but one couldn’t so we got a small discount but everything was wrapped up as well and some stuff was put back together as well.
Worked with Igor and another guy who were totally cool and got everything packed moved and unloaded in 3.5 hours.

I’m a repeat offender. I moved again this year and since I had such a great experience with Konstantin and his crew, I used Easy Moving & Storage yet again for this 1 mile move. Konstantin, per usual, was excellent at communicating with me via email and phone to orchestrate yet another easy move across town.
My movers, John and Paul, were friendly and awesome. We ended up starting a little late since the first job took a little longer then expected but they were in communication the entire time keeping me posted on their ETA. It actually really worked out since I needed the extra time to pack. They got the job down quickly, efficiently and most importantly, cost-​effectively. They carefully packed up my furniture wrapping them securely like birthday presents for my new apartment. While there were a couple unforseen hiccups (i.e. my huge furniture not fitting through old, narrow hallways), the moving team was incredible at troubleshooting and figuring out crazy angles to get my furniture into its new home.
I would use them to move over and over again!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I had my date and time, I confirmed via email with Konstantin multiple times that my time frame was 8−9am, first thing in the morning. When moving from a building to a building the time is important because you need to schedule elevator time etc.
The night before my move was when the misery began. At 7:30pm I get an email from Konstantin telling me the movers will arrive between 11−1pm. Expecting rain and now realizing I was not the first stop,
I knew this was going to be a huge issue. We booked the morning time slot at the new building and had our whole day planned around being moved in by noon.
I emailed Konstantin back and called right away. It says office hours are until 8pm but at 745pm no one was picking up. He never called me and 2 says later still hasn’t after repeated requests. He emailed me back at 10pm saying he tried to rearrange the route but couldn’t. Not asking me to change or of it would work or thinking about the impact on my move. I also forwarded him multiple emails as late as the day before (Monday) where he confirmed that the crew would be there first thing. NO SUCH LUCK. After asking Konstantin to call me again the morning of our move, I got emailed with lied about the crew being on their way at 9am which was not true and being told the driver would call at 10am and we didn’t talk to him until 12:30 after hours of waiting and demanding a call. Our moving day was awful they showed up at 1:15pm.
They moved us in and during loading, they dropped a laundry basket, which broke a mug and a scale. All 3 men denied it when asked. They made me wrote something positive on the receipt. In hindsight I realize doing this was not smart but they offered a small discount, after I bothered them about how unhappy in was, and they made it seem like in order to get it, I had to write something positive.
When the cable guy arrived at 6pm, he tried to hook up my 50inch LED TV and what do you know, it was BROKEN. HUGE crack in the bottom and wouldn’t turn on. The screen is black and it 100% done. I almost feel this was intentional due to the timing hostility. A crack that size doesn’t happen without the person causing it knowing. They have been deceitful the up to and during the move.
I have reached out to Konstantin right away. I am hoping he does the right thing and offers the customer service he should. I have asked to hear from him by 12pm. To be continued.

I had a move with a lot of last minute logistical changes, and these guys were fantastic to do last minute adjusting. While I thought we were going to have three guys there, apparently I didn’t communicate clearly and only two showed, but nonetheless, they handled everything professionally, carefully, and in surprisingly good spirits, despite the fact that I live on a fourth floor walk-​up with no elevator and a heavy couch. They were total pros from the minute they got there until the end; also, pricing was fair and transparent. Would definitely recommend!

Efficient, courteous and cost-effective…by far beats FlatRate who I used two years ago! We contacted Konstantin a few day prior to my move, luckily, he was able to accommodate and gave us super excellent rate! He was also very efficient on sending the required insurance certificate to my building’s management.
The movers were courteous and on time come moving day, they were very efficient on getting my stuff from the apartment, to the truck then eventually to storage.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Easy Moving. They’re very personal, unlike other movers who charges unnecessarily exorbitant rate and not even do a good job.

These guys did a great job. They come in and took apart the furniture, wrapped everything up, delivered it to my new address and set everything up for me in the new place. They made an otherwise stressful day stress-​free! They also honored their quote and there were no surprises.

I shopped around for a bit before I settled on Easy Moving. The price was great and what made me choose them was Konstantin. From booking to moving, Konstantin explained what would happen every step of the way. It sounded great. He estimated the size and price of the move by just asking what I needed moved. When the day of the move came, I was not disappointed. The movers were on time and courteous. They took the extra time to package the fragile items. When arriving at my new residence, they put everything back together. The whole move was estimated for 5 hours and it was just under that. Thats what I call precision. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.

So happy to have found them for my recent move in NJ. Amy was so courteous and professional at helping us plan the move which made us comfortable. The actual movers were friendly and attentive which made us feel safe with moving our valuables. I definitely would recommend them. They even completed everything safe and sound an hour earlier than estimated. Great job Easy Moving & Storage.

As an update to my previous review, Konstantin responded to my comments by personally apologizing for miscommunications and incorrect charges and immediately reimbursed me for the packing fees. As my previous review mentioned, Konstantin was always great to deal with, it might be the luck of the draw on who you get to actually do your move. However, it seems if a problem does result, Konstantin will do what he can to fix it. I will add another star to my review for effort made by management, to fix problems that seems to be isolated to my particular movers.

Just completed a local move with Constanin, igor and the boys on ²⁄₂₂ and can’t say enough good things in just a Unilocal review. They were EARLY, helped my wife and I break down the last of furniture, handled the boxes with care (NO broken items from the move), loaded everything into our new walkup and were 10 minutes under the time they had projected.
Oh, forgot to mention that I also reached out to three of their competitors who were both more expensive and less professional than EasyMoving. Moving is never easy in NYC, but after 8 moves between my wife and I in the last 10 years we had to agree EasyMoving was the easiest way to move in NYC (and cheapest — one time I broke our flatscreen with a couch trying to move myself…)
