Worst customer service ever! This company is a joke. I ordered a bed frame with a matching headboard/​footboard but when I tried to put it together, the holes wouldn’t align. I couldn’t talk to anyone on the phone about it because they only do business through email and text message. After they received my email, they sent me a new frame hoping that would fix the problem. That one didn’t fit either. I emailed them with pictures showing that the holes didn’t align once again and therefore couldn’t be assembled and told them I wanted a refund. They emailed me back with only the copy and pasted message from the manufacturer saying everything looks as it should and to pretty much have a nice day. One of the sentences in their message literally said, «This is what we want». No one from Fast Furnishings ever even acknowledged that I requested a refund or to speak with someone over the phone. I was furious! This company’s idea of customer service is a joke if they think that a headboard not being able to attach to a frame is «what they want». And to not be able to talk with an actual human being on the phone? The second I mentioned contacting the Better Business Bureau they immediately refunded me. It’s unfortunate that I had to threaten that in order to get the time of day from these people. All in all DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Not worth the hassle if there is a problem and you have to end up deaingl with these people.

I ordered a couch/​sofabed and was very happy with the communcation with the store, as far as delivery, price etc.
The delivery took a few days since the couch had to be shipped from LA to NYC but everything went well, thanks to Michael!
