We specialize in a New York sub sandwich. Gandolfo’s has been ranked as #1 in food publications as being that of a true New York Deli on the West Coast. Our hero bread is made each morning and afternoon, salads are made onsite, and meats are sliced each morning for a freshness you cannot get anywhere else, and we make our own veggie soup.
History
Established in 1989.
Graig Gandolph, the founder of Gandolfo’s N.Y. Deli hails from New York City N.Y. Since the age of 15, Craig has worked in every position of a deli. In 1986, he and his family moved to Provo Utah. In 1989 the first Gandolfo’s opened for business. Today, Gandolfo’s has 50 locations from California to Maine. Gandolfo’s of Oceanside opened it’s doors in May 2008.
