H&R Block

Yolanda Rivero was our Tax Advisor for this year’s return, and she was really great! She guided us through the whole process step by step with patient kindness.
We are definitely seeing her again next year.

My husband and I used this H&R Block last year and knew that we would be returning this year. The staff is very friendly and worked around our work schedule in order to complete our taxes. The process is done quickly and efficiently and if we had an questions they were able to answer them confidently.

I’ve been going up here for about 4 years… Maybe three. Honestly I lost count but it’s worth the drive. I live in Chula Vista so this H&R block is more than a hop skip and jump away.
Carmen has done my taxes every time I have gone. I specifically schedule with only her. Recently the girl started working so she started doing hers there as well.
My taxes are done quick yet efficiently. I never leave unsure of anything. All my questions and concerns are always addressed before but if not she always gives us a card on our way out. I think this particular office isn’t open year round but she always lets you know which one is. Maybe it’s just me because she knows I drive far ;-)
The office is just like any other tax office, chairs, partitions in between each person and coffee as well as water. It’s clean, neat and everything I need at tax time :-) Thank you H&R block for having a terrific employee like Carmen Zelenka! I will continue the drive each year to come see her.
