Specialties
At Halsey & Halsey, Attorneys at Law, we have over 60 years of experience providing family law, personal injury, and military defense law in the Oceanside, CA and Camp Pendleton Area.
History
Established in 1976.
A Family of Experienced Lawyers
Our senior attorney, William C. Halsey, is a former Marine Corps JAG Officer. Our clients benefit from Halsey’s in-depth knowledge and experience in complex military law proceedings. By providing savviness legal representation, we are able greatly minimize the consequences military personnel and civilian employees on military bases face in disciplinary hearings.
In 1981, Halsey transitioned to private practice and as a solo practitioner began handling personal injury claims and divorce settlements. Our firm has expanded in recent years with the addition of Halsey’s son, attorney William Lionel Halsey, and daughter-in-law, attorney Aimee Halsey.
With our firm, you will never have to worry that the important details of your case are shuffled around by inexperienced people. All of our attorneys work directly with our clients as well as with each other as a team to provide hands-on legal representation through every aspect of the legal process.
