Are you tired of getting the run-​around from website builders? Look no further! It seems like everyone I have spoken to complains about the same thing. They don’t know anyone good, they aren’t responsive and they can’t complete anything timely. NOT THIS COMPANY!
First of all, I called for SEO help after wasting $ 3000 with another company over a year ago and not moving up in ranking any further than pages 6 – 9 depending on what was searched. Without spending a penny, Richard sent me a 7 page Powerpoint presentation within 24 hours analyzing my website. My site had been spammed and he showed me that over 85% of my hits were from a low-​life industry. The first company should have caught that and taken care of it. I had suspected my website had a problem, but not being an expert in reading Google Analytics, how was I to know? But I did know that after 5 years in business and wasting a lot of money, something was drastically wrong.
Instead of trying to sell me their SEO services, Richard suggested they clone my website and remove the errors first before they could properly help me. I had been wanting a new and improved website anyway, so I took a leap of faith and asked for a design change as well. At that point Tony took over. AMAZING. He was friendly, enthusiastic, talked at a level I could understand, patient with my lack of knowledge in some areas, and not pushy… But most of all he completed everything ahead of schedule and continued to check in with me every short step of the way. Most importantly, he shared some new thoughts about what is visually appealing to potential clients and what is not. That’s exactly what a «web guy» should do; extend their knowledge of the industry where THEY are the expert.
I am an «A» personality, not always easy to please and very picky about good customer services. I know where I excel, and it is not with website building. I was thrilled that they were willing to lead the way and I could sit back and relax. Let me start with my experience first from some other Web teams and SEO/​Social Media Companies.
I won’t mention who these other companies are but I will mention what happened and how I was treated.
Web Team 1, did not design the website that was required sure it looked beautiful but it had 0 backend functionality everything was very technical to make a small change I had to make double updates in my Inventory management system and my E-​commerce site for images, descriptions just about anything. I paid a very high price for this website that virtually did nothing but looked pretty No training was offered heck I barely even had my login information provided to me.
Wed Team 2,
They built me a great website when it came to functionality, but for SEO and converting purposes it was not the best and this team did not offer any type of training and/​or SEO Social Media promotions. The website was great had all the functions I wanted to make it easy to do what I wanted for inventory management. So I had to hire a 3^rd party company to do my SEO and Social Media
Let me start about the 1^st SEO/​Social Media Team I hired
They were absolute crap they only thing that was any good about them was their ability to write blog articles, everything else they over charged and actually ended up makeing my website LESS SEO FRIENDLY. They charged me a very high price and did very little work for my website or social media campaigns. They wanted to charge charge charge and do next to no work
Than I found Richard’s Team at Majestic Social Media and that’s when my webpage headaches finally ended. They took the time to really make sure I understood what it was they were going to do and how and what it meant in normal language to understand. From the very beginning of our relationship Richard went above and beyond anything I could have ever expected from a SEO/​social media group. He took the time to find the best platform for my needs when it came to e-​commerce, social media, inventory management and more.
The website that his team built for me is by far the best one I’ve ever had it’s very simple to use, very SEO lovable and actually a functioning website for converting.
His team is very skilled at what they do provided you do your part to make sure they can do theirs. They’ve taken the time to create content from the sample products I’ve provided and work on campaigns to make sure clicks and visitors = revenue. They make sure they explain every process in detail as well in non-​techie language for us commoners to understand.
It pleases me that Richard has a team of developers working for him to delegate out the workload. They have all been very courtesy to me and reached out to me personally when they were working on a assigned task/​project at hand.
You couldn’t ask for a better SEO/​Social Media Team in my opinion they do everything you ask granted you give them the information required to move forward.

Richard was great and understood what I wanted then passed it on to others to do. Took two months to get simple things done and still what I wanted was not handled. and what was handled was only done after I complained. I still do not have what I want and also wanted training (which they would have made more money on) and not one ever got back to me on that.
