Miguel from the San Diego store was extremely polite, on time and competent. I would give 5 stars but for the thin layer of grim over parts of the tub. It took quite a lot of elbow grease to get it off, but the tub is shiny and you can’t tell where the ding was, even with the overhead light on.

On their web site, the pictures look great. But my bathtub looks ok after refinishing. The paint/coating seems to be uneven — not smooth and shiny as I expected. When I touch the bathtub, I see there is a thin layer of coating/paint on my skin. Not sure if this is normal. Company said they would have technician to call me regarding this. One week later, they have not called me.
