By far the worst massage experience I have ever had. My masseuse left every 10 minutes to do idk what. The massage was very quick, nothing special about it and when it was done the massuse said «we done» and left. Nothing else, I got dressed and as soon as I walked out of the room I was haggle for a tip. No just not a 5 dollar tip. And I quote «minimum tip is 20 $». This is the last time I ever visited this establishment.

I called at 6 PM to make an appointment for 7 PM on a Sunday. I appreciated the last minute scheduling which is why I gave this review 2 stars instead of 1 star. When I arrived there is a small lobby. You need to pay in advance. They take credit card but charge a $ 2 processing fee. Super lame for a $ 60 purchase. Then the receptionist led me to a small private room. The receptionist was also the massage therapist named Lulu. I was really disappointed with the experience.
First, she didn’t use any massage oil at all. This is the first massage I received with absolutely no oil. It was her soft hands rubbing against my dry skin. Not very comfortable.
Second, the pressure was very light, lIke someone gently petting a kitten. I asked for a firmer massage. Lulu didn’t understand. So I said stronger. But she didn’t increase the pressure at all. The only time I felt pressure was when she put her body weight on my back.
Finally, as I was dressing, she entered the room two minutes later without knocking to see if I was done dressing yet. As she was replacing the sheets, I walked outside the room. Then she said «Excuse me, you need to pay tip.» I thought the massage was awful and tips should be paid for good service. The whole experience was a waste of $ 60 + $ 10 tip.
I will not return.
