Great service and top notch customer service. Arrived on time. Very considerate and cleaned up a mess left by the last company I used. I would definitely recommend Quality Carpet!

Made an appt. with a «Jim» 2 weeks out for a Friday morning appt. to get to the point. .. He never showed, nor did he call — even after I left a VM. Requesting a return call I thought I misunderstood the time. Didn’t hear from him all day or night, so i hired another company. The following morning some guy wearing a carpet cleaning uniform shirt of a company im not familiar with, shows up unexpected and unscheduled, stating he’s from Quality Cleaners there for my appt. ??? Since I another company and I had no clue who this new person was, I sent him away. 36 hours later, «Jim» from Quality Carpet Cleaners has yet to call. So folks, the question is … What’s «Quality» about how they handled this?

Called Jim today from a little accident from my kids and he was able to fit me in last minute once again. I love his work and supports military families. Friendly, professional and trusting. Jim cleaned my room carpets a few months ago and it looked brand new after he was done. I will never go anywhere else.

This is the best carpet service cleaning company that I’ve ever used. Jim and his partner were nothing short of professionalism. His prices were by far the best and Jim gave me some great tips. Jim really knows his carpets and since I’m just a renter in the place I’m in he told me upfront that the carpet in this rental is not the highest quality and told me that even after he cleaned it that I will probably notice some wear and tear on the areas that are walked on often. This morning when I walked downstairs the carpet really looks better than it’s ever been. There was a lot of grease stains from the previous renter and Jim got them all out. He also cleaned my dining room chairs and scotch guarded them for a reasonable price. I also had some area rugs that he cleaned and they came out great. Thank you Jim for the dedication that you put into your work. You are now my carpet cleaning guy FOREVER. You deserve the 5 stars for a 5 star guy.

Jim and his team are awesome. Called him last minute at 11am after I closed on my place and saw all the dog hair in the carpet and he said he was just finishing a job and could see me that day. My awesome luck got better as he saw my tile and showed me just how gnarley the grout was. He was able to clean my whole house (2 stories filled with a mix of carpet and tile) in one afternoon. They even worked until nearly 8pm and did not charge me an extra charge. To boot, he is very knowledgable and gave me pointers on care for my tile and how a touch up of the base board paint would make the whole presentation really shine. Jim was very personable and great to work with — he even coached me on a joke to tell my wife that for safety reasons she was required to wear sunglasses when she checked out our clean tile and carpets. Bottom line, Jim is now my carpet guy and my tile guy.

Jim the owner of this company came out and was nothing short of a great guy. I shopped around with 5 different companies and nobody came close to his price. His work was outstanding and all the stains that I thought would never come out did. Im having him come back and clean 6 more offices.

Jim and his shampoo did an amazing job. I called this morning before 11:00 am, said he’d be here around three. He arrived and in about an hour the carpets were CLEAN, REALLY CLEAN! I think Jim and I will have a semi annual date for cleaning. So, quick, thorough, pleasant, helpful, in short everything said about his service is true. This is a good guy!

Wow, Jim reminded my husband and I yesterday when he came to do our carpet and tile why we are repeat customers. Our very light tile was so dingy due to long build up of dirt in it’s little crevices. We are preparing our home for sale and so right away called to have the tile taken care of. Not only did it transform to like new, but it took Jim a LOT of extra scrubbing and work to make it perfect. I would have been stoked with a lesser result but Jim’s philosophy is it’s his name on the result so he wants it perfect. He really spent a long time getting it GREAT. He’s extremely knowledgable and gave us advice on the home we’re buying regarding removing cat oder. He really knows his stuff.
