I completely disagree with the negative ratings of SD Sauna and Wes. I rarely write reviews but after reading the ones before me, I had to speak up. I rely on my sauna dome everyday bc provides pain relief from an injury I had 5 years ago. Wes is very helpful, honest, and genuinely a good guy. I had 2 issues with the sauna dome over the past 4 years and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service than that provided by Wes. He was able to resolve the issues and truly surpassed my expectations. Products were delivered to me a lot faster than expected and in perfect condition. Thank you SD Sauna and thank you Wes!

We ordered a sauna and received defective parts. We reported the problem the day after receiving it. Wes Newman the supposed owner promises to resolve and never does with excuses like our parts are on a slow boat from China. We received the sauna in December and it is now July with no resolution. It appears to be a scam. WATCHOUT and DONOT buy from them! I would rate with no stars if there was an option.

I had spent the last month trying to find a bathtub for my bathroom remodel. Went to home depot, lowes, etc only to see their garbage selection of jacuzzi tubs. Ordered a jacuzzi tub from here we had found on craigslist. Was like $ 1500 and fully loaded. Thanks guys will be back possibly for a sauna down the road. FYI this a warehouse op. so gotta call first. Also they are closed on the weekends :(Great buy otherwise.

This company is a SCAM!!! Stay far, far away… unless you like paying money for broken items(from delivery). The owner Wes promises he will send new items(four times) and NEVERDOES! They are terrible! This is a HORRIBLE company. I purchased a steamer from them in march, they sent me a broken one. They said they would replace it. EVERY week, I have no steamer and when I contact them, they act like this is the first time they have heard if this, but say they will ship a new one to me. 2 weeks ago I was so frustrated I asked for a refund, Wes said he would issue my refund that day. Now 2 weeks later they have stopped responding they will not return my calls. I have a broken steamer and no refund. I’m so upset. Please save your money, do not buy from these crooks!!!
