Is this place still in business? LInk takes you to some kind of immigration or border control site.

The phone number is disconnected and the website leads you to a page about mexican illegal immigration.

I noticed SIFT just when I needed it. I’ve been wanting to get back in shape but the«normal“‘ gym environment didn’t appeal to me. After talking to Valerie at SIFT, I knew I wanted to be a part of it. It is a GREAT place to workout! Three days a week, I go in for an hour to do cardio, work out with a trainer with weights and weight machines, and do a circuit training«course.» It’s hard to explain — you just have to see it for yourself. The monthly membership fee is expensive, but consider what you are getting — A LOT of time with a trainer. I’ve worked out with trainers before and never before had people who paid so much attention to what I’m doing and making sure things are mixed up – and I paid them more than I do SIFT, on top of my gym membership. Another thing that I really like is how long people have been members. I haven’t met anyone who has been there for less than 3 – 5 years. If you decide to join, be sure to tell them that Erin sent you. ;-)
