Stuff’n Bagels

First off this bagel store is bright and clean and has so many varieties of cream cheeses and salads to choose from. Makes it hard to decide what to eat ! The bagels are big and fluffy and so tasty. The staff is friendly and very helpful. So many drink choices. I had a pumpernickel bagel with turkey and cheese was so big could only eat half !! Very generous portions. Coffee was fresh and delicious. I visited for lunch and the grill was still on so egg sandwiches are available well into the afternoon always a NY favorite. I will be visiting this quaint family owned establishment again and again. From what I saw the bagel shop had been family owned and operated since 1974. In this day and age that is very rare. Guess the owner must be doing something right ! Keep up the good work stuff n bagels! Your staff knows what quality customer service is and that is also very rare these days !!

I’ve been coming here for 30 years. The bagels are fluffy and terrific. Their appetizing (baked salmon salad) is absolutely perfect. I can’t wait to go back.

A multi-​generational family owned and run business. The absolute freshest spreads; we especially love the white fish, tuna and egg salads. The bagels are huge and flavorful; the egg-​onion and pumpernickel bagels are a must. When you order a bagel sandwich, it’s always over-​stuffed. We have standing orders/​demands from out-​of-​town relatives and friends we must bring a dozen whenever we visit.

Best bagels around the south shore of western Nassau county!

A good bagel shop located in the same shopping center as Staples, Marshalls, Wells Fargo, and HSBC. It’s a small shop, but it manages to pack in a lot of seating.
The variation of bagels and the selection of spreads are good. Some items are a bit pricey, yet others, particularly the combos and specials, are bargains.

Customer for 15 years… surprised it took me this long to write the review! LOVE LOVE LOVE the bagels and won’t go anywhere else for a bagel. Can’t go anywhere else for a bagel!!! They freeze really well too but you need to freeze them on the day you buy them. Cut them in half and freeze individually for best result.

One star is too much. Called the store Tuesday the day before Christmas Eve. I needed party platters of sliced bagels assorted cream cheeses, tuna salad, egg salad. First off getting the person that answered the phone to understand what I was looking for was to be honest embarrassing. She couldn’t understand what I meant by saying I needed this for a party for 20 people. Her response was ummm ok why are you calling? You can come in and get bagels. After fully explaining I wanted a catering order with a nice presentation for a party of 20 she tells me to hold comes back and says ok it’s 200 dollars be here at 1130 am to pick up. Needless to say get there at 1130 it wasn’t ready when they finished they handed me a a brown bag of bagels which half were sliced. As for the cream cheese and salads there were a few tubs of it. Great news for me being the party starts at 1 and now have do do all the work I paid for myself. I’m not sure what they charged 200 bucks for 24 bagels with only 12 cut, a point of cream cheese total and pound of the salads each was 200 bucks!!! I can see charging that if you have some sort of presentation of a platter but this was gross.

Good stuff! Just bagels and lox today. Small place sometimes full but turnover in seating is quick despite some linger ons

Came here with my mom and sister. They had all kinds of unique bagels, I had a Mexican one! My bagel was spicy but still good, great bagel consistency.
I don’t think I liked the coffee, it was burnt, at least the cup I had was.
I’d come for the bagels they are delish but I would not get the coffee!

Best bagels on Long Island bar none! They are the best. The service was outstanding and the flavor was robust. The coffee was fresh and the staff had smiles.
They rock and they nocked it out the park. The bagels and the cream cheese was great. The chicken salad chunky is to die for. The food was great! The experience was great. This is a must go if your on Long Island they got you covered. Best bagel I have ever had.

Hands down the best tasting bagels in Nassau County in my opinion. They are HUGE, chewy, crusty and delicious. Love the salt/​caraway. Unlike another reviewer, I LOVE caraway seeds (she calls fennel) on my everything bagel. Gives it a little zip!
Salt are salty, as they should be. Staff could use a lesson on customer service, and really should pick up the pace, but that wont stop me from buying bagels there. They also have a deal Mon-​Wed if I rememeber correctly… free bagels with purchase… GO THERE!

I get so disappointed when I experience a bad bagel on Long Island. That’s our thing, get it right!
The bagels were not very fluffy and my everything bagel had fennel seeds on it. I hate fennel. Since when is that standard for the everything bagel?
Not sure why there are so many rave reviews. There are tons of better places on Long Island.

The best. Bagels are big, and the sandwiches are generously overstuffed. When I visit Oceanside, this stop is a must. I always go for the tuna melt on plain, or whitefish salad on an everything.

The service is slow as sh*t here. I ordered a 3 egg and cheese sandwich and proceeded to wait for an bizarre amount of time.
The place gets crowded with the line of people that grows as orders are taking promptly but prepared at a snails pace.
The sandwich was acceptable but not worth the drive from Long Beach– that’s for sure.
The bagels were ok too– but I think bagels are the most over rated food since sliced bread.
The multitude seems to disagree with me but Long Islanders have a knack for being excited over nothing.

Stale bagel with spoiled cream cheese. Used to love it here, not sure what happened.

watching Food Networks «Best Thing I ever Ate» made me think of some of the Best of the Best.
This is the best bagel ever. Everything Bagel with cream cheese & lox. They do it the best. I like it with Chocolate Milk as a beverage (don’t ask why). The bagel is just huge and great and delicious.
If you want to know how great this bagel is, the first time I ever got drunk in my life, the next morning I drove to this place for my very first hangover meal. Its that good!!!
