I am not very much into jewelry, but for my birthday this year, my husband got me beautiful earrings from SVS made of white gold and studded with diamonds, these are very elegant, everyone has been complimenting me on them.

I came here a year ago because I lost about 70 lbs and I needed to get my rings resized and fitted. Every one was so pleasant and helpful. I chatted with the clerk who was so impressed with my weight loss, we talked about our lives. She even introduced me to another worker who had just lost a lot of weight too. I had my ring sized, ring guards put on, cleaned and appraised. I think they charged me $ 30. I felt super comfortable there and remembered they had my information on file so today I decided to go back. My ring guard snapped, and I have lost even more weight, so they were in need of adjustment, as they just fell off my finger. I called ahead to make sure they could accommodate me, and they told me to come in, no problem. I got there, and was helped right away, They put new ring guards on and cleaned the rings, and they didn’t even charge me a dime! My husband was shocked! Super nice people, I highly recommend SVS. I will be back when I have to get the proper sizing once I am at my goal weight.

Honestly, I do not even know where to begin. Lets start from the beginning! When I walked through the front door I was greeted immediately with smiles and very professional looking employees. First impressions is huge for me and all I can say is that my first impression of SVS was beyond impressed. In addition to the lovely staff, the store is absolutely immaculate. You can truly tell that the owner, Sam, of this establishment truly cares about all aspects of his business.
After being greeted by the friendly staff, I sat down with Nikki who truly made my life so much easier. I did not know much about engagement rings; however, Nikki’s expertise made my time as SVS worth while and a experience that I will never forget — as it should. It felt as if I was sitting down with one of my sisters to pick out the ring that would inevitably be slipped onto the left ring finger of my future fiancé. Maybe SVS should coin a term similar to the Olive Garden’s, «when you’re here your family» trademark because that is how I felt through the entirety to my experience at SVS. Thank you for that.
Here is where I talk about the price of the ring. All I can say is that SVS provided me with a great deal. I gave Nikki my budget and she delivered a flawless 1.28 karat solitaire diamond in a pave setting that came in just below what I budgeted for. I could honestly go on and on, but I will spare you all on this point. Just know that SVS has great prices.
The time that it took for SVS to complete the ring was incredible as well. SVS finalized the ring within 3 weeks of my purchase. Every other jeweler wanted 5 – 8 weeks. I provided SVS with the date that I intended on proposing to my now fiancé and SVS did everything to ensure that I had the ring in my hand by that date. Moreover, I was able to insure the ring at SVS as well, which my life so much easier. SVS is truly a one stop shop.
Just before my arrival to pick up my future fiancé’s ring, SVS’ owner, Sam, called me personally to thank me for choosing SVS. I truly value this aspect of people’s businesses. Customer service and quality of the product sold should always be a business owner’s prerogative. Anyway, when I arrived, Sam immediately greeted me, showed me the ring, answered any and all my questions, and provided me with all the necessary paperwork. Once again, I go back to my initial comment, I felt as if I was a member of their family or had been purchasing jewelry from SVS for years, which was not the case. This was my first purchase from SVS. My cousin’s engagement ring was purchased from SVS and after seeing her ring, I could only say where did you go and sign me up!
In view of the above, I felt that it was only appropriate to give SVS Fine Jewelry a 5 Star Rating. I honestly wish that I could give them 10 Stars, but I can’t so 5 it is. Thanks again SVS for being a part of this time in our lives. You are truly great and we will be coming back for our wedding bands because SHE SAID YES!

I have been coming here for three years now after someone recommended it to me. SVS is amazing, the owner takes pride in his merchandise. They make you feel comfortable and don’t pressure you into buying something you don’t want.
They have a huge selection and are very knowledgeable if you have any questions.

My husband bought me the most gorgeous engagement ring from SVS! My ring is known as the «show stopper» and that it is! I get compliments everywhere I go.
My husband is extremely particular and spent many months shopping all over NYC and Long Island. Not one person spent the time educating him about diamonds except for Sami at SVS. After months, my husband started to get discouraged and was not satisfied with any quality that was presented to him until he met Sami!
Sami provided my husband with an education about buying a diamond and buying a piece of paper and really explained what makes a «show stopper» ring. Sami presented us with several options in our budget and made us feel really comfortable. He did not pressure us like every other place we went to. He even worked with us to design my dream ring and remembered every little detail I requested (for example: the stones open on the side of the band to let more light in or how I wanted the crown high to fit with my eternity band) Sami even made a wax model to make sure the bands lined up.
The jewelry pieces in the store are unique and all more beautiful than the next. They also carry the latest trends and a variety of price ranges for every special gift. We have also purchased «mi moneda» necklaces as gifts and for myself and absolutely love picking our new coins for different celebrations.
Needless to say, we will ONLY shop at SVS! We highly recommend any purchase here.
Lastly, I would like to mention we drive an hour to come here!!!

Love the staff. Very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. I have had my watches serviced here and they are very prompt to let you know when they are ready. They also have a beautiful selection of jewelry.

This is by far the best establishment to shop for engagement rings, earrings, pandora, watches and everything else. The staff is not only professional and super nice, they are very knowledgeable! I have been here several times and it has always been a pleasure! I get my jewlery cleaned here and it always looks phenomenal when it’s done! I can’t wait to come back and shop for me and my fiancé’s wedding bands!

No other place I’d recommend to shop! Every time I walk in, I’m always greeted with a smile, and such great care for anything I bring into them! From my watches, to my wife’s rings I’ve never had a better experience anywhere, buying or fixing!

I have gone to SVS several times over the past few years. I have gotten a variety of different pieces from there. I recently went to get my engagement ring reset. The ring was my Fiances grandmothers who had it changed when she was older into a cocktail ring type. I mostly spoke to Sami and Gina, who were both amazing. They helped me stay true to the original ring style and made an AMAZING custom ring for me. The price was reasonable and the communication was fantastic. I got picture mock ups of what it would look like and was invited to see the mold to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. They were amazing throughout the entire experience and I always left so excited to see the ring. Just got it today and I could not be any happier!

Got my engagement ring and our wedding bands here. We are in love with this place! The new location is bigger and absolutely beautiful. They have a huge selection of rings and other gorgeous jewelry as well. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Could not have asked for a better experience! Pricing is very reasonable. They are open on Sunday! The parking is a little tight, but the excellent service and variety make up for this one little inconvenience. I will be back ;-)

This placed moved so don’t be alarmed by the «For Rent» sign posted in the window. Luckily, I checked the website earlier (for hours) and was alerted to the move.
The new location is really only like three blocks down (same side of the street.) The new store front is gorgeous. Sleek black awnings and larger quarters are definitely an upgrade for this upscale jewelry store. Not sure of the parking situation as I passed the place upon first look. I parked around the corner on a residential street and walked.
As I walked into the store the place gleamed almost as bright as the sparkly jewelry. OMG I needed sunglasses! This place could turn a jeans and t-​shirt gal into a wannabe jewelry snob! It is beautiful.
The smell of fresh paint is still in the air, and it just shows you how much this place has grown. The customer service on this last trip was excellent as always and fresh baked Otis Meyer cookies were within arms reach.
OH! And the hours are perfect for those that work 9 – 5. Thursdays they are open until 8:00pm. Even the usual weeknight 6:00pm is manageable for me coming from Queens.

My family has been coming here to buy pandora charms for years now. It’s always an OK experience. The staff is friendly but it’s super quiet and bright in there and I always feel like if I’m dressed in my «day off» clothing that I look like I shouldn’t be there.
The reason for my low stars today is because I personally feel that their prices are higher than they should be. Went in once for a pair of small simple earrings and the prices were twice as much as they would be anywhere else. I’m sure the quality is great but there weren’t many options.
Ill be going to tri-​county for my jewelry from now on.

My fiancé got my engagement ring here and we came back to get it resized (now fits perfectly!) and also buy wedding bands. Not only did we spend 2 hours here trying on many different styles, but they also used a jeweler computer program to let me design my own wedding band in sapphire and diamond and printed me a 3D image of my designs. In the end, I didn’t even go with the band I designed, but never did they make me feel bad about wasting time.
I wound up buying 2 gorgeous wedding bands, my fiancé’s wedding band, and a pandora bracelet. The service is amazing and they can pretty much get anything ordered for you with a smile. Highly recommended!

Had three watches serviced here and was very impressed with the staff, store and selection. I will be back for Valentine’s Day.
