I just got home from your establishment. I ordered a beef chalupa. I just now unwrapped a chicken chalupa. I am 7 ½ months pregnant. Today is my birthday. You have failed, massively. Let me give you a little background information that way you can fully understand how god-awful this mistake was: As I have stated before, today is my 26th birthday. I have a 2 ½ year old daughter and am currently 7 ½ months pregnant with my second child; I don’t get a lot of time to myself. I arranged to have a family member watch my daughter this afternoon so that I could do a little shopping and then eat a yummy lunch in complete solitude, bliss. Although I could have gone to numerous different restaurants in the area, the hormonal creature inside of me just couldn’t get over the idea of having a beef chalupa. So, on to Taco Bell I went. I arrive at the drive through, the line was heinously long. So I went inside and stood in an equally heinously long line. For a beef chalupa. Because it sounded THAT good. I ordered. The woman who took my order confirmed at least 3 times that what I had ordered did in fact come with beef. I paid. I waited. Picked up my food, went home. When I got home, the unspeakable was revealed to me. I had a friggen chicken chalupa. My innards churned. I threw up in my mouth a little bit. And my day was then made a little less special because, well, you got my order wrong. «Well, why don’t you come back and get a refund?» you would ask. Because I don’t want to spend anymore of my time off driving around and standing in a long line just for a damn beef chalupa. «Why are you spending so much time writing this review, then?» Well, Taco Bell, it’s because I feel down right satisfied knowing that I have expressed these feelings to you, and that is worth the 10 minutes out of my day. My birthday. The special day that happens once a year. So, there you have it. You have ruined not just my afternoon, but the child inside my womb’s afternoon as well. I mean, the poor little guy just wanted a beef chalupa.

I came here about a week ago… The worst part was that I had an easy order I ordered two wraps, two soft chicken tacos, and two hard shell beef tacos … The girl taking my order was basically interrupting my order trying to guess what I wanted and I kept telling her no not that I want two of each, so finally after her trying for the fourth time she got it right and I said, yes that looks right thank you. I then pulled up to the window to receive my food and apologized although It wasn’t my fault. And she just smiled. By the time I checked my food she didn’t give me the right order still!!! So f*** her! Service was just overall horrible and my order was not even what I wanted. Never going back to that location.

I’ve given this Taco Bell/KFC so many chances to get it together. Everytime I go they are so slow, and thank god I check my order Everytime because it’s usually wrong. I had a lady working there yesterday tell me o couldn’t change my order a certain way even though I had done it that way 10+ times. In my mind I’ll never go to this location again… Spent way to much time correcting them then actually eating. Get it together people.

This is a fast food joint so lets not get too crazy with the expectations. But for a fast food restaurant it is very good. I go through the drive thru a lot, and they have started showing me my order on a try before giving it to me in a bag. I have never seen this before, but has saved me a lot of time trying to figure out why my order is wrong. It really has cut out the problem with drive thru. I never get wrong orders, unless sour cream is on my burrito which is not ok. All in all if your going the fast food route this is definitely a good one.

The staff here is really nice. One of the friendliest staffs I’ve ever seen in a fast food place. We got our food quickly too.

Came in to try the new cool ranch Doritos taco… eh, save your money and just get the regular taco if you must have one. Couldn’t even taste much of a difference. How can the shell be worth 50¢ over the regular shell. Must be big buck royalty paid to Doritos.
