That’s Nice Heating and Air conditioning

Chris did a great job installing our new heating and air conditioner. He was very clean and really knowledgeable! We will for sure be having him back out for maintenance checks!

Christopher did a great job. Loved the price and quality of work. This man knows his business. I would have this guy do my moms house. Very friendly and straight forward. i will use him again when I buy my next house.

So we finally got the money to get AC done and I asked Chris to come out for a bid. I guess I didn’t really have an idea of how much AC was going to cost. I then got 4 more bids from other local companies in the San Diego area. That’s Nice Heating and Air was $ 1,000 less than the lowest bid I got from those four! Now, I normally don’t just go with the cheapest bid since there might be something sketchy going on– but I’ve used Chris before for our furnace and additionally, all four of the guys that came out to bid were commenting on how good the furnace install was done! That’s Nice Heating and Air doesn’t have all the marketing, overhead and franchise costs, so I imagine that is why he was able to do it at such a good price. Chris came out and did the install that week (whereas some of the other places weren’t going to start the install until 6 weeks out)! He was very courteous and prompt, and cleaned up everything. Our AC works awesome! Super glad we were able to have him do this job for us!

We will recommend you to friends! Chris installed our central air and replaced the heater and a few old vents in just a few days. I work form home, and I never really felt disturbed or interrupted during the installation. Punctual, worked hard the entire time, cleaned up at the end of each day, and always was pleasant and courteous — a nice guy. Be prepared to be without heat for a night or two if getting the heater installed. He was referred to us, and I can see why. Our house is now toasty warm in a fraction of the time it used to take to warm up, and I’m sure will be nice and cool in the summer. After the installation was compete and the heater turned on, I said ” Ooh, that’s nice! «and he laughed b/​c I didn’t even know the name of this company at the time. So, they definitely live up to their name! thanks for a job well done.
