The Frame House

I just returned from picking up a mat and felt it worthwhile to acknowledge how wonderful the experience turned out. I had been driving around all day trying to get a specific mat and most places where sold out. I called The Frame Store and crossing my fingers hoped they had in stock what I needed which they did!!! Sadly though it was a bit out of my price range so I had to keep searching. Shortly after hanging up the phone I receive a return call from The Frame Store saying they can accommodate what I require (I guess they heard the desperation in my voice) so I quickly headed over. The employee who helped me was professional, polite and incredibly easy to work with. I needed a mat for the Del Mar Photography Exhibition and this employee was able to help me with everything I needed to properly submit my photograph at no additional cost. I would say this store truly values their customers.
If you are looking for professional, exceptional customer service and superb quality work then The Frame Store is your best bet by far!

I had ordered a print on line and had the print mailed to Scott’s Frame House. Scott recommended several different type frames and when I got the picture, it is absolutely beautiful. I really enjoy this print over my couch and have gotten so many compliments. I will always use company to do framing for me and I live in Arizona. The most honest and professional company I have ever had dealings with.

The Frame House in Oceanside came through in a big way when I called the owner Scott from Kentucky and said, «My wife’s birthday is almost here & I desperately need a framed print as her present. She is opening a new business and I have her business graphic available as a file
After a couple of emails, I was presented with a choice of two frames — and they both looked fantastic! I chose one and told Scott I would be stepping off the airplane on Saturday afternoon.
When my beautiful wife and I arrived home, there was a thin package underneath our doormat — containing her wonderful, beautifully framed picture!

The guy that owns this shop and works in the store everyday, is nice, polite, professional, does a great job and is fairly priced. There are TONS of frames to choose from. There is a parking lot so don’t worry about it being on Coast Hwy. And his dog is sooo sweet and cute!

Quite simply, The Frame House is the only place my wife and I go. She had been using them for a few years for our artwork. I recently acquired some sports memorabilia and wanted to get them box framed. Wow… they knocked it out of the park. Thank you!

Extensive selection of frames, including in-​stock and special order. Very professional, knowledgeable, quick and great to deal with. They did an amazing job framing our two prints. They made a beautiful fabric-​type of border along the mat– if that makes any sense. Framing is not cheap and even with a discount for multiple pieces, it’s still pricey. But the framing is of the highest quality and designed to last. We’ll enjoy our custom framed art for years to come in our new home!
