Wanted to get some late night shopping in while the kids were asleep. Their own website said they were open 24 hours. When I arrived the cart attendant told me they closed at midnight. Someone at home office dropped the ball on this one. The attendant did say he «heard» the one in North Oceanside was open 24hrs. That location was a little over 5 miles away, but if home office can’t get it right how can I trust an employee to know another store’s hours.

The«TLE» at this location is slow, understaffed, and inefficient! I brought my vehicle in for an oil change at 8:30AM on Saturday morning. It took 2.5 hours before it was completed(at least 30 mins. of which involved the vehicle being inside the garaged, and SERVICEDBYNOONE! Not the place you want to be, if you want an oil change in any reasonable length of time! Like not staffing most of their checkstands, Walmart continues to be completely detached from getting customers needs in ANY efficient manner!

Walked in at 1003 pm to their customer service to exchange a box of cereal that was open in an unopened box. I’m standing in line, and a lady says«ma’am were closed… we close at 10.» According to your new hours, you close at midnight. WHEREDOESITSAYYOURCUSTOMERSERVICEAREACLOSESAT10? Lazy. Lazy. Lazy. Please Unilocal, update so we can give a place 0 stars for unsatisfactory service, etc.

Don’t quite get the hate on this Walmart, it’s huge, clean, new and not very full meaning no lines at check out. Sure it’s no frills shopping, but they had everything we needed for cheap. Easy one stop shop, plenty of parking and open 24⁄7 what more could you want? Not one to buy groceries here but for household staples this is a great place and the nicest location in the area.

Seriously the worst customer service ever. Went in to do an even exchange and their system was saying I owed money in taxes even though it stated the tax was paid on the receipt. I had bought the products the night before in the same city but at another store. I was exchanging the products because when I got home I saw evidence it was used. The customer service person gave me a hard time for asking her to have someone else look at the transaction because I was being double charged taxes. Logically you shouldn’t have to pay an additional amount for an even exchange same product same price etc. She called someone over saying«I need your help because she doesn’t want to pay her tax». Then I got to hear about how this girl was supposed to be off while I was waiting. The girl then refused to help me with an online pickup because she didn’t know how to do it. She passed me off to another guy who told me to wait because the only lady who could get the order was shutting down their machines because according to him they were closing soon. Apparently closing soon means in an hour here. Will avoid this place at all costs. Walmart usually isn’t the nicest place but normally it’s tolerable and the employees don’t seem to hate their customers. A $ 12 even exchange and one item online pick up took 40 minutes. Will not be using this store again even though it’s convenient.

The customer service is terrible! I never shop at Walmart because it just sucks! I got a gift for Christmas and I went to return it. The person at the return desk was so rude and clueless!

Great neighborhood Walmart just like the big ones but they only have food and a few odds and ends. Same great prices. The staff here is really friendly and nice and clean restrooms! Go here early, they open at 6!

I went in wearing a three piece Armani suit and came out wearing a trucker hat, white sleeveless T-shirt and a pair of jeans resting comfortably under my chin. I believe they were a vintage 1985 Jordache. Something about wal-mart that makes me feel, oh I don’t know, gross. When it comes to workers their recruitment is the best. They have managed to find all the rudest and most miserable bunch. One is more angry than the next. The selection is great. Lots of variety. A real American staple with mostly made in China goods. They have figured it out. How to keep you coming back. You need to return every thing you buy because none of it works right. Bravo Wal-mart although in this case businesses shouldn’t take a page out of your book, mostly because it probably won’t work right. I plead to you give mom and pop a shot, pleeeeeeeeeease!

You know it’s going to be a rough visit when you are the second car in line for an oil change and it takes an associate 20 minutes to approach you. I was then quoted a timeframe of an hour to an hour and a half… We’re now going on two hours. I get that places can get slammed(not to mention I overheard a manager on the phone with an employee who was running late, so I assume they were also short-staffed), and that’s ok, but a little communication with the customer goes a long way.

Walmart customer service is just very poor. I don’t know if it’s because they don’t pay their employees enough or they hire people that just don’t give a poop or combination of both. After the last thing a try to return with a Walmart tag on it they said it was not purchased there so I had to go back to the Walmart that was purchased from. Insane! Thank you but no thank you I will continue doing business with Target only!

As much as i love the walmart prices i cant get past the fact that the walmart familiy doesnt give a rats ass about the employees ! all they want is the all mighty dollar ! And we are all guilty of shopping at this place ! Did you know one of the owners of walmart just spent 500 million on a new island resort ! WOW how many people could that kind of money feed or better yet how many missles could we get to kill more people !!!

This location closes at 2300 which forced me to drop one star, another star dropped because they don’t sell alcohol after 2200. I should drop them another star for constantly having long lines due to them only having three registers open.

Very long lines everywhere. At the cashiers, photo center, pharmacy, customer service kiosk… Right now I’m at the photo kiosk that was abandoned by the staff for about half an hour with no explanation. Note to self: their low prices have serious drawbacks.

I’m not usually a fan of shopping at Walmart, but I hate going to this one. I feel like it’s always a mess, you can never return anything because the line is always insanely long, there is hardly anyone over at the photo counter to help you out, and the restrooms are disgusting. I don’t know if it’s because there are so many people that shop there that they just can’t keep up, or if they’re really lacking on their job responsibilities. I also don’t like that there is so much soliciting going on there. I have to tell the Cox rep as I’m walking out that I’m not interested and the homeless organization that I don’t have spare change for them. Then you have the occasional homeless people asking for stuff. It just gets frustrating. I like to go in, get what I need and leave without being bothered by solicitors on the way out.

I hate going to Walmart. Although I visit here once a month I dread it. Pharmacy– they are terrible. My scripts never seem to be ready or in stock. The highlight is a nice blonde girl who works the counter. Super nice. Don’t buy your meats, dairy, or produce there. Produce go to sprouts, dairy and eggs trader joes, and meat often chicken at sprouts and beef elsewhere. Only pantry items are cheap grocery. And don’t get conned there either. I limit my Walmart to household goods which are poorly stocked and then spend a crazy amount of time in line checking out only to dodge the begging homeless leaving the store and getting to my car.

Came here to print out pictures and the machines(all 4 of them) were broken. Came back a couple of days later and all 4 of the machines were broken… again. fabulous. I never really liked this Walmart and prefer to go to the one on marron rd.

Certainly more exciting than our Walmart’s in Canada but I found the produce/grocery area lacking. The Liqour & wine was impressive with prices ¼−1/3 what we pay at home. We stopped into this Walmart twice so far and found it clean, bright, and the checkouts fast. Two thumbs up.

Poor customer service. I came in the morning when it was dead to get a fishing license and it took forever. A nice lady even called a manager to come help me out and no one ever showed up. Just shows that the customer is not a priority from the top down. This place is horrible but the prices can’t be beat.
