Cellular Sales, Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer

Their lack of knowledge will cost YOU
Very long story short, I checked around at 4 different places looking for the best deal on an iPhone. I came into Cellular wireless twice, talked with 2 different sales men, both pulled up my account information and gave me the same price on the iPhone through a payment plan. Both told me it would be $ 35.80 a month but Verizon would take $ 20 off of my monthly plan with the new way they are doing things. So it would only increase my bill by $ 15.80. I figure this is a good deal, so I buy the phone. Jump ahead to my first bill and find out I’m not getting the $ 20 discount because I already had it in my current plan. I trusted that the sales men would be able to accurately tell me how my plan, I already had, would affect my new iPhone price. This is what they do for their jobs, they should know that. Well they didn’t and it cost me a lot of money. To make matters worse I contacted the manager, at first I got the run around and then he finally fessed up to «it’s a different way to skin a cat», that to me sounds like a BS excuse to rip off customers. Don’t buy your phones here, they will take advantage of you.
