I am updating my review due to the customer service I received from the store’s owner, Nancy. She actually read and responded to my Unilocal review and provided me with recovery that met my needs. Maybe this experience did not work out for me overall, but it might work for you. Just be sure to take your time and ask all the questions you want before placing such a big order. Don’t feel rushed and take your time so you are sure to get what is best for you.

I went here for an eye exam and some new glasses. The help was less than satisfactory. The eye appointment was okay, but I received no help picking out frames. When I found some I wanted, I was helped by an optician’s assistant, not an optician. Then when the time came to pay, I was overcharged by 40 dollars. When I asked why, the clerk said it was for the protection plan. I wasn’t even told about this in the purchasing process. I asked her to remove this charge. The only thing to recommend this place is the price.

Went to Lenscrafters and Target and Eyeglass World had the best prices by far. They were friendly and very helpful on my visit 7÷14÷10. I took my own frames and had new lenses put in for $ 50 in 1 hour. They had a pretty good selection too for the next time I need frames.
