A recently diagnosed gluten allergy has left he unable to pick up a quick meal. A relative – who has Celiac’s Disease – told me about the gluten free crust available at Papa Murphy’s, and I decided to give it a try. The customer service and patience was beyond anything I could have hoped for. The person there was extremely attentive and helped me figure out something I could safely order. He then ensured to avoid any cross contamination of gluten by getting me veggies that were stored separately and changing his gloves before handling every new ingredient. It ended up being delicious. Since my parents were in town visiting, I picked them up a regular pizza as well. They were also very impressed and loved their«normal» pizza. Definitely going back again soon(and often).

Such a great place! We take out from here all the time to get our favorite Mediterranean herb chicken pizza, but tonight really proved how wonderful this place is. It’s right before the holidays and being a slow day they had closed early for an employee holiday party. When my wife, mother and I arrived shortly before the normal closing time there was only one person left inside and the«OPEN» sign was off. When we walked up, he explained that they had closed early for the evening and unfortunately didn’t have the pizzas prepped that we planned to order. The owner apologized profusely and offered us two free pies on the house because he «couldn’t let us go hungry!» Who does that these days?! That’s a restaurant owner that values their customers! We’ll definitely be back again and(as if we weren’t before) are now certain to be loyal patrons of our favorite pizza place in Orlando.

On busy days I like to drop by Papa Murphy’s and pick up a pizza for a quick and easy dinner. I love their«take and bake» concept. You can either pick one of their delicious specialty pizzas or create your own with their fresh ingredients. They have original and thin crust– thin being my favorite for its crispiness. Then you take the pizza home bake it at your convenience. The staff is always friendly and very efficient. I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my pizza to be ready. For an added bonus, sign up for their email promotions. They are always sending me coupons!

First let me say the people here are great very friendly and nice. The pizza sorry to say is really not very good. Its hard to judge this place it is not a restaurant you are buying pizza that is not cooked, but I find the cheese they use to taste bland and rubbery, also too much cheese. The result is a pizza cooked in your oven at home that wont cook correctly to due to the amount of cheese. Not sure why you would want this over just buying a frozen pizza but I guess some people really like it

Tombstone? No way! This pizza is the best! Everyone is so nice there. I recently experienced a very busy evening and waited a bit for my order. Tristan stood out to me particularly. He was polite, honest about the wait times, and apologetic. We need more young kids like him in the working world. Not to mention he was working like a dog behind that counter! I over heard the manager say he was new too! Hats off to Papa Murphy’s. We go all the time and will continue.

Had it for dinner last night… wasn’t terribly impressed… the concept was good but it was just ok. The crust was very thin, the stuffed version was dry. Overall it earned a C.

First off — have to say that the franchise itself makes GREAT tasting pizza for the money! However, this specific franchise is sub-par when it comes to making pizzas. I’ve been here many times before — and it seems that every time I go they have to remake the pizza, because the kids they have working there don’t know how to read the tickets correctly. Usually its because I request mozzarella cheese only — and they just use the regular cheese mix. This time, the first pizza I ordered this was the case(again), but than they also didn’t make the correct size. I’m not sure why exactly they don’t take the time to read the tickets — the place wasn’t that busy when I went in. Morale of the story — PAYATTENTION to what you are receiving for your pizza — or you may end up getting home with something that you didn’t order.

I’m still a fan of buying pizza that’s cooked at the restaurant. The pizza tastes like a Tombstone for way more money.

I tried to comprehend the idea of take and bake before the store opened. Why would anyone pay for a pizza that you have to bake? I am convinced that this place is for control freaks.. . Here’s why: You choose your crust, your sauce, and your toppings. You choose exactly which ingredients you would like on the pizza, and since you see the ingredients being placed on the pizza, you control exactly how much of what goes on it. I was thrilled to see sun dried tomatoes, pineapple, roma tomatoes, zucchini and spinach among the toppings offered. You then get to choose how you would like to bake it depending on which crust you choose. And you bake it exactly when you are ready to eat it, so it’s never like the pizza gets old and cold. The store itself is very bright and clean. The service is plentiful, friendly, and helpful. You can call ahead and have your pizza crust with ingredients ready to go when you pick up. What you end up with, once baked, is a crispy, delicious pizza made just the way you like it!
