Nope, nope, nope. A year ago, I would have recommended it to anyone looking for a pediatrician. I sent an online request every single week from November to April for 3 of my 6 kids. They only scheduled appointments for 2 of them, and only after I threatened to take my kids elsewhere. I can’t sit on hold for an hour waiting for someone to pick up so I can make appointments. Then, they emailed me the wrong appointment time, and refused to see my kids, even after I showed them the email. Had to, or I would have been stuck paying $ 50.00 cancellation fees apiece for their screwup. The real kicker is that even if I had been late (which I technically wasn’t) I still would have only been ten minutes late. Not impressed, people.

Besides what other people mentioned about them being very behind schedule (we waited over an hour both visits to even get into see the nurse, than another 20 plus minutes to see a doctor) and the place not being super clean, both doctors we saw were disappointing. One doctor accused us of being irresponsible parents because we wanted to hold off on a controversial vaccine (our child is otherwise completely up to date vaccinated and has been very healthy). I have never encountered such rude doctors. The nurses also seem extremely rushed and barely interact with you or the children. Very different than our doctors office up north. We will not be returning and will certainly not be recommending this practice to anyone.

The doctors are great. However, it is frustrating when calling to make an appt. every time I call I’m put on hold for over 20minutes before actually talking to a representative. Absolutely ridiculous.

After searching for one year my family came across Dr. Ryan at pediatric associates for our infant. For 4 years she has been amazing and provides excellent care to our daughters. She is a doctor that takes her time and listens to your concerns. Additionally they have 10+ doctors at their location so if you don’t like her or need to see someone quickly the option is there!

Constantly running behind schedule so I recommend showing up late for your scheduled time. This ensures you spend less time in the dirty waiting room complete with holes in the bench seat and dead bugs on the floor. The office on North Mills may as well belong to a different organization all together.
I recommend you take your children elsewhere.
