If there was a zero star rating, I would give that. Hugh changed my policy without talking to me directly and did not have his facts straight. His unethical (and illegal) dealings prompted about 15 unanswered calls from me to him. When I finally talked to him (13 months later) he refused to apologize. I’ve never met such an arrogant sales person. Do not use him.
