History

Established in 1990.

Paul’s started doing business with portable carpet cleaning equipment and the determination to do the most thorough cleaning that they could.

As they became more experienced, Paul’s recognized the fact that they needed continuous training to keep up with the industry leaders. They needed better equipment to be more effective. And eventually, they needed employees to keep up with the demand that they were creating.

Today, Paul’s has 3 vans equipped with truck mounted cleaning equipment for carpet, upholstery, tile and grout, air duct decontamination and dryer vent cleaning. Their employees are trained and certified at the Institute for Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification Schools (IICRC). .

Jeff Daniels, new owner and operator as of August 2015 started working for Paul’s in 2005. He has over 11 years of experience. We pride ourselves in treating your home like our own. I believe ethics, honesty, entergrity, courtesy and old fashioned values are key to our growth and success.

We want you to have the best cleaning experience ever… from a routine cleaning to a hard to resolve problems!

Jeff is certified in Water Damage Restoration, Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning, Air Duct Decontamination and Dryer Vent Cleaning.

I have used Paul’s Carpet Cleaning in the past and had great results. I had a rental property that a hoarder lived in for 4 years. Ugly situation. Before I considered throwing the carpets, I had Paul’s come in and clean the carpets. They came out clean and best of all I was able to save the carpets as opposed to having to replace them. I would highly recommend using them for anything from routine cleaning to hard to resolve problems like mine.

I had a wonderful experience with a very messy situation on my carpet and couch! Paul’s Carpet Cleaning came to my house promply after a thermos exploded which contained rice soup! It went all over and smelt awful, but I was so relieved after they cleaned it and the smell was gone, because I really thought I would have to rip the carpet out. Thanks so much Paul’s Carpet!

If there was a negative star, I would select a negative star. There’s no professionalism and do not take customers serious. I scheduled an appointment for a carpet cleaning estimate, adjusted my schedule to meet with them at their time of availability, waited for several hours, and they never showed up. Then when calling their office to get an update regarding the appointment, they were very rude and was told to hire someone around my area. Really? Unbelievable!

Honesty, Integrity and Courtesy. These are the things I feel I received from Paul’s Carpet and Furniture Cleaning.
I hadn’t had my carpets professionally cleaned since they were installed and I was going on about 7 years. (Yikes!, I know!) Also, some of the carpet on our second story was starting to buckle so we needed someone who could do some stretching, as well. I went on a friend’s recommendation and I am so glad I did.
They were extremely professional. I got people who work for Paul’s Carpet and Furniture Cleaning to come out to my home, not some contracted workers. Their staff all had years of experience and were very respectful. Now, I noted that I hadn’t had my carpeting cleaned for 7 years. The man who came out to clean my carpet told me about the treatment I could get to prevent stains (I have two children and a dog), but after seeing my carpets with how clean they were after all those years, didn’t try to push me to get the stain guard. He did give me a free bottle of stain remover that I could apply myself, though, in case I needed it! Nice! The carpet stretching turned out really well, too. I’ve waited a couple of months to write this review to make sure no problems returned with this, but it’s still perfect!
Great price. Great service. Glad there are still businesses like this out there…
