I moved from WI to PA over a decade ago and I sure miss good quality cheese. Springside has good pepper jack and the string cheese is fabulous. I order online and have it shipped. Only down side is the shipping costs are a bit high. If you love cheese like I do, it is worth the expense.

We drive 40 miles for the cheese because it’s good. As for the customer service, I dread going here. Every person working has made me feel more like an inconvenience than a customer.

The cheese curds are the best as is the string cheese, with my favorite being the smoked string cheese! They also have a huge variety of other wonderful cheeses like morel and leek! This is a must stop and buy cheese place. I am so lucky we now get some basic products in Ishpeming, MI! WooHoo!
