McDonald’s

Always friendly and fast. They used to mess up orders a lot, but have recently been on point. Don’t know if managers changed or what. The new drive thrus seemed to (ironically) make things slower at first, but they have since gotten the hang of it and service is fast and furious. I hope they keep doing what they’ve been doing — much better.

This St Road 54 McDonalds some how with all the staff they have seems to disappoint in some way.
Went in about 11AM 12÷23÷20 915 with my 10 year old, waited approx 10 minutes for three hash browns. No crowd at this time 2 or 3 people at the counter ordering.
Has been the same way for long time. Lots of body’s, counted approx ⁸⁄₉ folks behind counter/​kitchen, always has been slow, go in on Target shipping runs.
On way to work I travel by Citrus Park/​Gunn Hway. The KeyStone/​Gunn Hwy store is always fast, been that way in all years i have been heading by/​stopping in. St road 54 store should go train with them its run by Illias group

terrible place served me an uncooked mcchicken, with no mac sauce or mayonaisse and ruinned all my friends orders as well, i wouldnt recommend choosing this location as it is a terrible establishment

I usually rate McDonald’s higher but the service at this mcdonalds needs improvement as does their order accuracy. They git it all wrong.

I know it’s a fast food place, but seriously, how many times must I –repeat– my order to the 2^nd window, while I’m sitting there waiting for pick up? You’ve already handed me my drink, why are you trying to hand me –another– drink? I don’t have kids, I didn’t order a kids meal. I’m waiting on the Mc Nuggets for the 4^th time. Perhaps you forgot your AdHd Medication? Or you’re just not paying attention? Either way, Look at the screen, See the one with the Iced Tea and the Mc Nuggets? Yeah? that’s me. *facepalm*

The inside of this place is really nice for a fast food restaurant. Lots of seating, a flat screen t.v., and updated décor gave it an ambiance above a cheap burger joint.
The servers at the counter were quick to smile & fill our order, and they actually looked like they like their job.
As for our order, the hubby and I both got the new BBQ Ranch Burger from the Dollar Value Menu. My burger was so flat I actually laughed when I unwrapped it.
As far as the taste, it tasted like the patty was covered with chipotle ranch and sprinkled with Doritos. I didn’t mind one bit, and actually liked it. The piece of melted cheese went well with the other flavors, too. For a dollar burger it was palatable enough.

So wait.
Am I even allowed to review McDonalds on Unilocal?

We all know the drill, the food is what it is.
BUT this McDonalds is the cleanest and most updated I’ve visited. The employees actually seem intelligent and are very friendly. I think we can all agree how rare that is!
