Very upset! Called in an order at 11:15, called at 11:50, asked if the order was ready so I could pick up as to not wait for the delivery. I was told it was already out for delivery waited and waited, I’m a patient person. At 12:50, I call again, just to be told my order was never put in, okay somebody dropped the ball. All the manager had to say about that is sorry Hun I don’t have an order from you and tried to but the blame on me, are you sure you called the right place… Guess I’m skipping lunch today!

After waiting a hour for our food it finally arrived. It smelled of cigarette smoke and was not at all what we ordered. Never again.

I was stuck in my hotel room in Odessa Texas visiting my boyfriend and we couldn’t leave because my dog tears up the hotel room when I do. I found this company on the web and we ordered two ribeyes and sides and drinks and they were just excellent cooked to order. everything was delivered that we ordered food was perfect. So much that when we were in Prescott Arizona we both remembered steak Express and wanted to have steak again but no steak express in Arizona so we had to suffer to go to Texas Roadhouse. Kudos for making a southern girl in Arizona remember her texas trip!

I have ordered delivery from here once and it was okay. We called in the order and told them that we are paying with a large bill so that the driver could have change for it. Well they didn’t tell him and he didn’t have the change. Right then I should have known that this place was gonna be bad. So we tried to do pick up and that was a mistake also. They over charge us at the window for what we ordered then they don’t give us our whole order. We ordered three loaded baked potatoes and only received two and we ordered sauteed mushrooms and only got onions. So we called back to let them know of the mistakes and they said they would have a driver bring us the missing items. They never brought out missing items. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Please take your money else where because these people just don’t care.

I like the idea and the food isn’t bad. They are, although, one of the most expensive places in town to eat. You can go to a steakhouse and get free appetizers and a HOT steak for less money. They would have probably done better in Midland since Odessan’s are funny about paying a premium price for avearge products and services. Convenience earned the 3 stars.

It’s a little pricey, yeah, but steaks usually are. They’ve never gotten my order wrong, and i’ve always gotten service with a smile. Oh, and they usually have great deals on burgers.

I’m not sure this place even has dining in but that’s not the point. You call, they deliver. Lunch or dinner. Excellent steaks and all the trimmings. Check them out at
. Delivery fee is $ 7 for lunch and $ 9 for dinner which makes it a little pricey but worth it if you want a good steak and don’t want to go out or fire up your own grill.
