This place sucks. I can never get a cab when I want to even when I schedule it hours ahead. The dispatch in the morning is a rude botch. (Misspelled on purpose) I used the company for a year gave them plenty of money for nothing. If I ever meet the dispatch I’ll tell her she and her company sucks to her face and she should be fired. Companies like this deserve to go out of business they make it too easy for über.

Worst cab company ever. They have stood me up three times now. Not friendly or even pleasant to talk to at anytime of day. They must think they are the only cab company in this area so they treat people like crap. I know call American limo/​cab 801−375−0000.

Called for a cab and was treated exactly as the previous reviewer. Phone was answered by someone who was more confrontational than Mike Tyson just before he bit off Evander Holyfield’s ear. Customer service is terrible… would of called another company but wait there is no other company in Otown. Let the beatings continue until moral improves.

I never leave reviews, but we just came in town and just needed a ride down the street, and the lady told me one thing and then did another and then when I asked her she hung up on me, and when my husband called and told her the address she hung up on him too. This is very unprofessional.

Horrible customer service and professionalism. Quoted me 45 minute wait time but took hour and fifteen minutes. When I called to inquire about my fare, the rude lady said he will be there in fifteen minutes, then proceeded to tell me she isn’t going to argue and do I want the cab. I will never use this service again. Unilocal would not let me save this without a star rating… because I would give them none!
