I entrusted Patsy with my wedding mani-​pedi and I’m so glad I did. I am obsessed with nails and silly as it sounds my mani-​pedi was one of the things I cared about the most for my wedding. She did an absolutely beautiful job and even helped me choose a better color than I had brought with me — it was perfect. She also let my mom hang out and arrange our table numbers while she waited for me, and she is super sweet and fun. The mani-​ped was divine and the experience was a great way to kick off my wedding weekend. Flawless work — wish I lived closer so I could go to Patsy again! What a relaxing, nice place and experience!

The most interesting mani/​pedi I have ever had. No pedicure chairs. Liked Lorraine a lot but she did not know how to deal with my gel polish. It did get filled & perked up. Looks good. Very quiet comfortable setting. A bit on high end price & no cards. Bring cash!

I had a wonderful manicure and pedicure from Lorraine! She did a great job, and was so friendly and sweet. She made sure everything was to my liking, and really pampered me. Fantastic experience all around.

I was given a gift card to this salon, when the card was swiped it had nothing on it. Owner said she would honor with a mani/​pedi. When I went back to schedule she couldn’t take a minute to schedule me in. Even though she had a client, I felt very dismissed by her. I won’t be redeeming this gift card. Consider it a donation from the person who gave it to me.

I am so surprised there aren’t any reviews of Aria; I’m writing this to help anyone who, like me, is looking for a great nail place in Ojai. I came here for a Shellac manicure. Pat, the owner, did a fantastic job, especially since she had to remove a previous manicure that was supposed to be a Shellac kind of manicure, but was apparently applied with super glue or cement. (Thanks a lot, highly rated SF salon which will not be named.. .)She was very patient, and she knows her stuff. The environment is perfect; cute location, spotless, great/​friendly/​professional/​knowledgeable staff. I will definitely be back!
