Tony, Joel and all the guys at bITvision have been supporting my development team and my clients for many years. They are my go-​to guys whenever we need equipment, networking, IT support, and email configuration. I highly recommend them, and best of all they are close by in Ojai.

I moved from NYC to Ojai 2 years ago and couldn’t be more excited to have found biTvision. I have worked with Macs for the last 20 years and am fairly knowledgeable. A lot of times when I go into a computer shop (Frye’s, for example) I know a LOT more than the person on the other side of the counter. Not so at biTvision. It is such a comfort to know that, if something goes wrong with one of my machines and I can’t handle it, there is someone right down the street who can. And they are so friendly, helpful and willing to discuss the best, most cost effective solution with you rather than attempt to gouge. I have gone in 3 times for 3 different issues and have had nothing but glowing positive experiences every time.

Great customer support and service here. I have been struggling with my computer (Macbook pro) for a long time and not being a real «pro» with computers assumed it was me, that was so slow and laborious. Joel looked at my computer and assured me it was a BIG mess and needed a clean up and sort out — way more than I would have assumed, the service was great, I am now set up in a much more simple manner and finally able to get more done fast, even if I am «not a pro». Obviously, they are!

I was desperate to have a key replaced on my work MacBook Pro. The broken button was slowing me down more than I would have imagined possible. bITvision took me in right away and fixed my computer quickly while I waited onsite. They were professional and friendly.

Extremely poor communication regarding options and costs. Instead of calling me with harddrive replacement options and costs, they just put in the cheapest thing without telling me. Additionally, they added a whole bunch of 3^rd party software that I did not want or ask for, and did not put in any of my software and backup from an external harddrive that I gave them for that purpose. Although they did not charge me because they should have called first to see what I wanted, there was a lot of excuses and attempts to talk themselves out of this mistake which I did not appreciate. In the past two other times I used them they did not give me hardware options that could have saved me money (which they told me about only after the fact!) and once did consulting without telling me the charge so I assumed it was free advice but instead afterwards (again) am told I owe $ 100plus! They should be more up front about their fees and give their customers cost information so that you can make an informed decision about what you want — that is common business practice! Beware…

These guys are terrific. I was in town for a few days to get some writing done and arrived without my mac cord. They loaned me one FOR FREE and offered to update some programs on my computer. Please use these guys if you need computer help in Ojai, they are the real deal.

I was visiting my parents and some friends in Ojai when my computer screen just fizzled out. I knew the hard drive was intact still, but needed to test to see whether I could use my computer with an external monitor.
The staff at BitVision were great– after listening to me rant about other tech support issues, and generally allowing me to be cathartic, they allowed me to plug in my laptop to test the monitor. It worked and I was able to transfer my files while they went about their business. They even surveyed it a bit and related that indeed, I would need to send my computer back.
The hospitality and care was life-​saver for a meeting I had later in the day.
