Love them for shipping, packing, printing. They have cute cards for last minute inserts and best of all everyone is very friendly, helpful, professional. Great job!

They close at 7 and I came in in at 6:30 to have Steelers memorabilia shipped. Sam was very helpful and boxed and wrapped up the items for me. Great service, thanks Sam. Because of Sam’s excellent help I rate them 5 stars.

I was referred there by The Attitude Adjustment Shoppe to have some resumes printed due to my printer being on the fritz. After emailing the resumes to myself on my computer I used their computers to retrieve it and print. The staff was accommodating and I was done quickly. I was pleasantly surprised to see a capable print shop in town to print posters, signs and more if I need them — and they are open pretty late for Ojai standards. Check them out if you need what they do.

Best customer service. Best business center in Ojai, period. Good people all around!

Shout out to the wonderful folks here who helped me in a pinch… my printer wasn’t working and I was able to run in and print a copy of my document at no charge! I had my baby with me so getting in and out quickly was a plus :) if this had been kinkos I would have been there an hour and spent at least $ 5 printing one copy.

Always get excellent and quick service. A pleasure to deal with. Also keep a nice selection of locally produced greeting cards and office/​mailing supplies.

I like the convenience of this place, but it is a hit or miss in terms of customer service. Either someone is really great and helpful, or absolutely miserable, like my last visit. I paid over $ 300 in shipping, and was very kind and patient, while the guy behind the counter was downright rude, snide, annoyed, and obviously having a bad day and taking it out on customers. It’s fine to express yourself, but not at paying customers’ expense. After nicely telling him to cool it on the verbal abuse, he was «nicer», but almost sarcastically so. I just smiled and continued to be nice and just get the transaction over with asap. If I ever see him at the counter again, I will likely leave and go to Matilija Mail Call, in order to avoid negative energy I have no use for — but if someone else is there, I’d be happy to continue Ojai Business Center in the future. Perhaps he should be in a non-​customer-​related area of the workplace.

I needed a flyer for our school open house within two days. Sent the layout via PDF. Within one hour I got a call that my job was Done! Went into office to pick up and it was just as I ordered. so easy and I must say the staff people were so kind and nice and wanting to know if the job was right. l MORE than one asked me… A very great experience and I am so glad to have these POSITIVE people in my life. This was a very small job but they made me feel like a million dollar customer. Thank you!

The staff here are friendly and helpful. I usually come here to make copies and their machines are easy to use. No long lines, though sometimes if a customer in front of you needs a lot of help you can still wait a while.
My last visit was my favorite — I came in and just needed three black and white copies and they gave them to me free! I think they said their policy was 5 or fewer was free. Or was it fewer than 5? I don’t quite recall but I thought that was very helpful of them.

One of the most useful places in town. Great and friendly staff, always willing to go the extra mile to help someone.

I’m surprised to read the negative comments. I’ve been using them for Fed Ex’ing packages, making posters and banners, printing cards… you name it. for almost 3 years now and can honestly say I haven’t had one bad experience. The owner may not be the friendliest guy in town, but he’s efficient and always gets the job done.

Ojai Business Center lost a package worth over $ 300.00, and refused to do anything about it. Their PO box package room is left open at all times, and is steps from the back door, allowing anyone to go in at any time, and retrieve their own stuff. Our package was delivered from the Ojai Post Office (we checked), to Ojai Bus, Center, and then it dissappeared. When I told the owner that the package was his responsibility, and he needed to replace it, he hung up on me.

If it were possible to give zero stars for a rating I would. This place has consistently been a disappointment. Not only is there always a long wait, when something finally does get done it’s usually wrong. If I don’t watch everything they do, it invariably gets messed up. Several times I’ve had to go back and have documents re-​bound or re-​printed because they don’t have enough common sense or care to do things right.
My last attempt to get something done there was today. Hoping against all hope I went to use the notary service. The man that «helped» us was so impolite I was shocked. He was frazzled because they were busy and supposedly an employee hadn’t shown up for their shift, which shouldn’t make much difference because most of the employees that are there in the flesh haven’t really shown up. So instead of politely explaining that he couldn’t notarize our document, he made off-​handed remarks that were offensive and chastised us for having the audacity to ask for a service that is printed on their door. If you don’t offer it, don’t advertise.
Anyway, the document was very comprehensive (far more advanced than the combined mental powers of the staff there could handle), but he could have explained his ineptitude in a professional manner instead of becoming defensive and hostile. He actually read part of my private document out loud (a Will) and said sarcastically, «Do actually know you are giving these things away after you are dead?!» He rudeness and sarcasm where inexcusable and difficult to bear. No more Ojai Business Center! 50 strikes and you’re out!
