Do yourself a favor and skip all of their long-​winded stories and AVOID this place! Poor customer service and even worse communication. Took 5 days to even get an assessment. Charged me an arm and a leg for service I DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR! Then, they agreed that the job only took 15 minutes when I was charged 1 hour of labor and said they could not go back into the system and edit the job that was completed. Total dicks and waste of money. I’m sure the mechanics are great but the salespeople are only looking out for their best interest– their wallets. Jack was the biggest tool I have ever dealt with in my life– no exaggeration.

Did the job at a fair price but we had to wait 3 day to even get a quote and 3 more days to get it fixed. I was just passing through ok on my way home so the poor customer service/​communication really threw a wrench in my plans. The only way I would recommend them is if you’re in no hurry.
