Bob Moore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of OKC

This is one of the better dodge dealerships in OKC. I regularly get my challenger serviced here and the guys who work here are really straight up with you about options and what you really should have done and what you can probably hold off on servicing. Not sure of what the buying experience is, I only get my car serviced here. I give it 4 stars because an oil change can have you waiting for like 2 hours but at least it’ll be done right. My personal experience though.

Let’s make a long story short. Sales men/​women were great. Nick and Penny if you ever have to deal with this god awful place then ask for nick or penny as the sales person. These two are very down to earth and seem to have customer service on the fore front. The trouble I encountered was in the finance department. I am young so there were little complications but nothing to big seeing I have had two cars already on my own. When I got sent back to financing I had to deal with the delightful Dwight. This man let me tell you is a piece of work, Dwight never once told me anything of significance in regards to the loan. I had asked questions about rates, terms, etc and his respond was «Just hang in there»
After driving off with the car I had not heard anything back in two days so I called to see where the financing was, the response I got was «Just hang in there» another two days go by no response called twice looking for any kind of update. At this point Dwight was busy and he would call me back, but to my surprise never called me back. This point is where I started getting worried. On the 7^th day I called and finally got ahold of Dwight to see what the deal was. Dwight stated «just hang in there» when I asked was there any counter offers so I would know what to put down, what I could do on my end to help, Dwight seemed to be pissed off and yelled into the phone, «listen here you have called every day on this deal and it’s getting annoying if you don’t want the car bring it back» this was the nail in the coffin. I’m appalled by the customer service and way they treat people here just for making sure they get the car they want. I can understand if I called them everyday or more but 3 times in an 8 day span seems pretty reasonable especially when I could only talk to him 2 times for no more then 2 minutes. Dwight needs to be trained on how to do his job, and treat people.
Update…
The general manager had contacted me and was surprised when he heard what happened. He took over the deal and did more in 2 hours than Dwight had done in 8 days! If that doesn’t speak volume I don’t know what does. Unfortunately the numbers couldn’t match but I don’t blame anyone that’s the business. Jason, nick, and penny are the ones to talk to don’t go around Dwight.
