Bob Moore Infiniti

It would be nice if they returned my messages or actually picked up the phone so that I may schedule a service appointment! Calling for 2 hours and not getting an answer is not my idea of service!
They can get busy at times, but once it’s your turn they take good care of you! I found out they didn’t answer the phone because they were in their annual corporate meeting! So if i could change my earlier message I would!

My wife and I really enjoyed working with Sami in financing. She was very helpful and friendly.

Craig did a great job selling me my new Infiniti. He stayed two hours past close to make sure I was getting the car that I wanted at the price I wanted. Would refer all friends to buy from him.

We had a really great experience here. Our salesperson, Kyle, was great! I had a ton of questions, and was trying to decide between an Infiniti Q70 and an Acura RLX. Kyle was never pushy, never trash talked the competition, and was very supportive in getting me the info I wanted. I felt that he truly wanted me to pick whatever vehicle would suite our needs best. I didn’t feel that he ignored or dismissed my concerns or hesitations just to get me to purchase a car from him.
I wanted a color that was apparently very rare, and he searched all over the place trying to find a Q70 in my top two choices with the packages I wanted. When that failed, he helped me decide on the Q70L in my 3^rd color choice.
I didn’t feel that I was being stalked after visiting the dealership. I got the standard follow up phone call and email, but it wasn’t intrusive like some other dealerships were doing.
The finance part wasn’t very smooth and my only reason for not giving 5 stars. Infiniti showed an offer of 0% APR on their site for my selected vehicle, but there were all these terms attached to it they tried to slip in last minute without explaining. Without our diligent questions, we may not have known. I felt very mislead at this point. We ended up working something out, but the I wasn’t super happy with the process. Also, the fiancé guy was really pushy, and would not take no for an answer when we declined the warranties. I think we declined 4 or 5 times. And he was a little rude about it. He told us our car was going to break. Thanks, great way to give your cars a name by telling us they are going to break to get us to get your warranties. He all but told us we were making a huge mistake by declining. This is not our first time buying a new vehicle. We are comfortable with our decisions. If we made a mistake, fine, but that’s not for him to tell us.
The dealership was always friendly. They always offered us a beverage (3 visits total). On our first visit, the sales manager came over when we wouldn’t accept their offer (after we told them we were no looking to buy that day), but was friendly, not horribly pushy — considering the situation we were in (he was just doing his job), and let us go on our way. They had a well appointed waiting/​lounge area for their customers with comfortable chairs, a TV, and beverages.
So far, I’m happy with this dealership.

Buying a used car; had to go to the infiniti dealer to buy a Cadillac; went far better then I would have every guessed. I still don’t like buying cars but this was about the best experience I could have hoped for. Darrell Jefflo did a very good job and I would recommend highly. I went in with no expectation of buying the car. Now I have the car I was hoping for and felt I was really treated fairly. It was a good deal. You may never feel you win but this was a good deal. Good folks.
Financing the car I just bought. Again, don’t like the process. Even so, Michael Kurtz stayed late, was patient, had the perfect, tact, bearing and style at the end of a very long day for everyone. Very happy with how this part worked out for us. I would say Michael is a great guy and would recommend him if your looking to finance your next car. Although, I would expect him to move up in this organization he is very sharp.

As someone said while I was in the waiting room…“is this your first Infiniti, prepared to be spoiled, not only by the car, but by us as well.”
It’s true! I didn’t even purchase my car from Bob Moore and you would never know. If you schedule service a little in advance (call or online), they will give you a free loaner car. They also give a complementary wash and vacuum with every service appt.
So here’s why I deducted a star-​the service advisors. There is one that is a shining star– Jeremy. The rest seem to be caught in this high turnover tornado and don’t know what’s going on half the time.
For example, during my last appointment some new service advisor asked if I wanted my tires rotated. I smiled and said no, but thought in my head, sure! But the back tires are wider than the front tires so that should be interesting.
It’s the little things, their waiting room has comfy seating, snacks and coffee/​water. The staff is friendly, and you leave feeling better than when you came in. It’s great having an Infiniti.

These guys are liars!!! Went in wanting to purchase a car, the salesman came up with some lame story that the car was being driven by someone who had purchased a new car (yet the car was being fixed for some problems). Did I mention that we had driven 2 hours to look at a car, 2 salespeople had told us it was on the lot that day. This is no way to do business, I would never buy a car from Bob Moore!!!

I just bought a 2012 M37x with all the bells and whistles from Bob Moore Inifinti. My salesman, Rick, was great. He felt more like an advocate than a salesperson. I had really done my homework before coming in, so I knew exactly the car I wanted and the price I would pay. I also knew exactly what my trade was worth and what they’d end up making when they sold my car down the road. I’m a salesman too, so I can be a tough cookie with which to negotiate. They nailed it, I walked out with exactly the deal I wanted, a great rate, clean trade, awesome new-​to-​me car, and a new trusted «Car Guy» in Rick. Oh and by the way, the whole experience took just over an hour from the moment I walked in the dealership to the moment my buns hit the pre-​warmed seats and I grabbed my new heated steering wheel for the first time (love this car). This is my second Infiniti and my first from Bob Moore… it will not be my last. Thanks Rick and team for giving me a MUCH better impression of the car buying process. See you gents soon!

I could not be happier with my new Infiniti Q50. Since arriving Rick my sales guy took excellent care of me. Finance was a dream to deal with as well. If you want a great experience ask for Rick Johnson. He’s the one I would like all my sales experiences to have dealt with. Thank you Rick and Bob Moore Infiniti!

Well so far all I see is bad reviews and I hate to add another one.
My boyfriend and I found a Tahoe online at this dealership. We drove all the way from Olive Branch MS (7 hours). The salesman said he would have the Tahoe clean ready to go and the tank full. Let me add this, the Tahoe is a used vehicle, however that shouldn’t matter. Every dealership Iv ever dealt with has washed (with soap and water) and vacuumed out the inside, had it looking brand new, ya know?
Well When arrived the Tahoe had a light (bit very noticeable) coat of dust (dirt) all over it and grass all over the floor mats. When asked if they were going to wash it. The salesman was like yaaaah, however little did we know, his idea of wash was just rising it off with just water. Then we had to ask again did they washed it and cleaned it. The salesman was like yeah, we washed it off. We had to point out that they didn’t vacuum it out. Causing both of us to just be like… REALLY?
Don’t get me wrong minus the lack of cleaning. The Tahoe was a great buy and would do it again. Just the lack of service was disappointing… step it up BOB

I met with Stacy a salesman after speaking with him about purchasing a new 12′ coupe. He seemed excited and welcoming but when it came down to test driving an Infiniti he told me that all cars with the specific sport package I wanted had pending sales on them. So in short, I never was allowed to test drive ANY car. I blame it to be because he did not see me as a potential buyer due to my age (21). I was very nervous getting my first new car and this only made me more nervous. Because of this issue, I called Infiniti of Austin, scheduled a test drive for a coupe & sedan, and bought a new ’12 coupe the same day. They were very welcoming and helpful at Infiniti of Austin.
Now a few months later… I had my new car serviced at Bob Moore and they washed it without asking me. When I got my car back it was full of swirl marks. Luckily they offered to have it waxed, and I am very interested to see if they can fix that damage that has been done while simply washing my car.

Disappointed with finance manager Rebecca for her lack of professionalism and courtesy. During my May visit to review a lease from among left-​over 08 stock, Rebecca regrettably took the smoke and mirrors approach. Brief discussion of money factors and residuals had her quickly obfuscating and moving on to the next well-​heeled patsy. .. er patron.
Called dealer back two weeks later to discuss purchase based upon price-​quoted earlier. Rebecca didn’t remember that price; sold every 08 on lot, but one; but did offer now-​higher-​priced «deal» expiring TOMORROW. For score-​keeping: that compound sentence contains at least three untruths.
1) I had written quote; 2) DID have all 3 remaining still in stock; 3) want to bet they still are looking to move each of those 08s, with the 2010 models arriving ?
Dealer purports to be no-​haggle, offering straightforward service to the luxury segment. Pros: nice cars; affable and enjoyable salesmen. Cons: see review above. Finance department appears happy to sell you a car; just don’t ask too many questions!

It may not bother everyone, but the Service Manager actually swore on the phone with us. The context was «Sometimes with a bad battery some crazy sh*t can happen.»
Very unprofessional. We’ll not be going back.
