Braum’s Ice Cream and Dairy Store

If you’ve had braums food you know that it’s pretty decent for fast food. Service and management is AWFUL. Having worked in a drive thru for 3 years maybe I’m too biased, but everything staff/​management ruins it all.

Service here is great. I only drink Braums milk so I’m here at least once a week grabbing milk and a few other items. If you want something sweet try a milkshake double blended. My favorite is chocolate. The store has just been remodeled too, so it’s super clean and everything is new.

This is about the food at Braum’s, not the ice cream which is excellent.
OK I was lazy one morning. I usually cook breakfast for myself (I make a mean omelet) but I decided to go to Braum’s and hit the drive through. I ordered their big breakfast which consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage patty, biscuits and gravy and hash browns. Well, the hash browns were actually little rounds of deep fried potatoey substance.
The eggs were ok, but the sausage was very dry. The gravy on the biscuit would make good glue but it was bland. The potato thingys were just plain gross and half cold.
As an aside, I sometimes get eggs and milk at this location since it is close to my home. I’ve tried their lunchmeat and it’s awful. Caveat Emptor on their grocery offerings.
