History

Established in 2012.

Electremedia began in San Antonio, Texas as a DBA for Kalen Lake while doing 3D illustration work for a book published by MIT Press, and while teaching Design Technology. In Oklahoma City in 2012 Electremedia LLC was established, and has since provided signage and graphic design services for a wide variety of businesses, from pet clinics to sushi restaurants. Services include logo design, interior and exterior illuminated signage, vinyl decals and graphics, banners, architectural elements, 3D illustration and rendering, web design, copywriting, media and promotion, television coverage and more.

Meet the Business Owner

Kalen L.

Business Owner

Kalen’s sole passion was playing lead guitar until entering college at 25 to study Journalism/​Professional Writing. A professional musician since 16, Kalen knew he needed a degree, and whether he was going to continue as a musician, or branch off into traditional business, being a good writer would benefit either choice.

Upon graduating Kalen moved to Nashville, where his music industry experience and writing skills landed him a position at Capricorn Records as a publicity assistant. From there he moved to Media Force and AristoMedia as a national media publicist. After 5 years he joined Jordan Associates advertising as AE, then became National Marketing Manager for CD Warehouse Corp. He then taught Design Technology in SA for 5 years before returning to OKC to start Electremedia LLC.
