My grandpa, dad, and now myself, have been using excel for the past 15+ years. I’ve tried multiple dry cleaners, and they are by far the best one I’ve used. Unlike many (smaller stores) they do all of the clothing in house, instead of shipping it off. It’s usually always ready the next day.
They have great customer service and will work with you if there are any issues.

I was initially satisfied with Excel. Yesterday, I discovered that 7 shirts and 5 pants had been written on with permanent marker to indicate my last name. Unacceptable to deface $ 600 in clothes without notifying the customer about the practice. Don’t go here unless you like having your clothes written on.
