Established in 1987.

Monroe Salon and Spa was created with the idea of a salon and spa that shares the Aveda mission. Our mission is to provide each and every guest with prompt quality service. Upon your visit to our salon, you will receive a soothing scalp, shoulder, and hand massage. Also included to ensure your experience is a good one is a warm towel and makeup touch up. We carry Aveda products exclusively which are plant derived, including our hair color. All of our employees are required to participate in continuing education from Aveda to ensure that you have the best experience each time you visit our salon.

Business Owner

Nicole started her career at the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis, MN in 1995. She has since worked at Aveda salons and has a passion for doing hair and the Aveda mission. She prides herself in ensuring every guest has a great experience. She performs a thorough consultation and asks questions to ensure she and the guest have the same idea in mind. She is a spiritual person who likes taking care of herself by doing Yoga, working out, and eating healthy.
