Derek has had over 10 years of on-​job and on-​site training, working with various RV makes and models, as well as a variety of appliance makes and models. Since starting his own mobile RV repair business in 2009, he has expanded to include various technicians and an office administrator.

Spent at least 20 hours of waiting after Derek took my money and led me on for months and never completing the job on my travel trailer. Don’t use him. He’s full of excuses and can’t or won’t complete the job.

We called Derek to fix some electrical issues in our class A pusher. He was great at responding initially. Then he told me he would be at our coach the next day at 1:30−300pm. After multiple attempts to contact him through text and phone, he simply dropped out of site! Voicemail box full and no response to text. My wife waited all day at the coach and he never showed. Still have not heard from them. OKC Mobile RV is a JOKE! Don’t commit to anything or you’ll be sorry. To say you’ll be at someone’s coach who is stranded (we had no lights) and then never show, call or text as to why is despicable!
We called another guy named Roger from another company and he showed on time, was extremely pleasant and fixed our coach right away. Kind of the way it should be, right?

Communication is very poor. I called to have them look at my rv and they were quick to fit me in and see what needed repaired. I was told a part needed replaced and someone would call me to get the Vin so they could order the part (Friday). No one called. Monday he called to get Vin and order part. I called wendsday and no part. He called on Monday and said the parts place cl didn’t know what part it was and he needed a number off of it to try and find it that way. I sent a text with the info an to let me know if that worked. No reply. Called later in day and no answer. left
call back. called the next day and same thing. Frustrated I called another local dealer who referee me to someone different. He came out 2 days later and had the problem fixed in 2 hrs without replacing any parts. I still have not heard from okc mobile rv repair.
