On 3÷1÷15; our insurance sent this company out to tow our vehicle out of a ditch we slid into making a right turn. It took them about 3 ½ hours to get our vehicle out of the ditch (which is understanding considering the conditions of the roads and how many vehicles were stuck), but what was UNACCEPTABLE was making my spouse walk home in ²⁰⁄₃₀ something degrees weather because the tow truck driver had to babysit his girlfriend and brought her along. I mean really, who brings their girlfriend to work when you KNOW full well that you will need to transport your PAYING CUSTOMERS that obviously can’t drive their vehicle.
To top it all off, the driver KNEW that the insurance company told him that we needed to get our belongings out of the vehicle so he was to drive it to the house. Well, when he got there he act like he was in SO MUCH OF A RUSH that we couldn’t even get everything out of the car when it had only been there 3 – 5 minutes, because he had 3 other customers to tow also. If we sat there patiently for THREE AND A HALF HOURS waiting for you to come and then another 5 — 6 minute walk home from site while you tailgate creeping along slowly behind him as he WALKED home. Then you should be able to sit there and wait 5 minutes while we unload a PACKED HIGH vehicle from moving 14 hours across the country while we get our stuff out of the car (which we didn’t finish because he was being anal).
I guess some welcome to Oklahoma huh… I hope most people here are not like him.

Very prompt, professional and pricing upfront.
After having car issues, I began my research into reputable towing companies to get my car back home. I came across Oklahoma Towing after researching Unilocal,and they were the only towing company with positive reviews, but I didn’t stop at that. I googled the company as well, and noticed they had a website. Very user friendly website, and here’s the shocker. They included a chart of towing rates! Less than 5 miles, is a flat rate of 75 $, plus sales tax, which can out to $ 81.They also have a Keep it local deal, 75 $ for 10 miles of towing. The operator that answered the phone estimated that the truck would be to my location in 30 minutes. The truck arrived in 34 minutes. The tow truck driver asked me a couple of troubleshooting questions and such, hooked my car up, and we were on our way within 5mins or so. We made it to my place, he unhooked my car, gave me a receipt after I gave him cash, and he was on his way.
Just my experience, I’ve usually only come across shitty towing companies, and it’s refreshing to come across Oklahoma Towing and Recovery, who were efficient, and prompt. I’ll certainly refer Oklahoma Towing and Recovery to any and everyone.
