History

Established in 1999.

Olde Towne Properties, Inc was established in May 1999 by Owner/​Broker Karen King. With over 17 years of experience, selling in excess of 80 homes per year, she has proven herself to be a professional & successful Real Estate Broker.

We are a Real Estate Boutique. Karen King and Shelly Moore have worked together for over 10 years helping Buyer’s and Seller’s with their real estate needs with their wealth of knowledge about the real estate industry.

Business Owner

Karen King started selling Real Estate in October 1994. She started working for Century 21. In her first year she was awarded «Centurion» which is given to Realtors who close more than 60 transactions in a year. She closed 62 transactions in her first year.

After working for Century 21 for 2 years she went to work for RE/​MAX. She sold Real Estate for RE/​MAX for a little more than 2 years before opening her own office in May 1999.

Karen is a true professional that is highly respected by fellow REALTORS. She has continued to learn by getting her Broker’s License, CRS Designation, GRI Designation, Leadership OAR & is currently working on her CCIM Designation.

She has sold in excess of 80 transactions every year for the last 3 years as well as facilitated several commercial leases.

She will do what it takes to assist you in your Real Estate Transactions.
