I have to agree with others who reviewed the service as horrible. I travel extensively and eat in airports all the time. I understand it may not be gourmet dining and grand beer selection, but I do expect service. This place is the worst. Waited 10 minutes for service. Ordered a beer and asked for a menu. Got my beer and menu 5 minutes later and never was asked for order. Had to beg for my check so I could make my plane. Should have just left without paying. Doubt they would have noticed. They seriously need a management change and more staff. Would highly recommend somewhere else.

Come here if you love shitty service and $ 10 beers. I travel the world and this place is by far the worst. What a joke.

Honestly, worst service ever. I never write reviews, but this place is terrible. The Bartenders are pushing 70 years old and can’t hear shit. They miss peoples drink orders and forget to order food for people. Every time I fly out of OKC I pray my flight isn’t delayed. Last trip home from here I watched 3 customers get pissed off and leave because they never acknowledge them at all. The food is terrible and service is even worse. Someone needs to open up a bar/restaurant in the Will Rodgers Airport with decent food and service, or clean house here. C’mon man!!!

Long story short. Misplaced my photo ID in Chicago. Managed to make it through security with additional ID’S…Decided to grab a quick brew at REFUND before my flight. Ask the little old asian lady bartender for a beer and she requested my ID. OK fine… but im sorry I dont have my pic ID on me for which she replied loudly and I might say rudely. .“I cannot serve you! Then she asked me how I got through security to which I replied I managed to make it through. again very loudly and disrespectful.“thats impossible«! «You cant get through» And then she demanded to know my name was… by this time everyone in the bar is staring at me. Again she states loudly«I CANNOTSER VEYOU» to which by this time im pretty I upset and cant believe the questioning from her. I told her I wouldn’t buy a beer from you anywAy lady! Your too rude and disrespectful… and I hope the owners of this establishment reads this.

«Look man, if you want something else you have to go up to the bar.» Unsolicited quote I just received from the manager as he walked by my table. I am a true OKC guy– may have been born in Tulsa but I love OKC as my home and defend her valiantly. Except, that is, when I know that people from other places will come to a place in my city and have a bad time. Yes, it’s in the airport and outbound guests are ‘trapped. But the airport is a first(or last) impression for many. The airport, though small, is beautiful. The bartender who made my manhattan did a superb job. But I waited at my table and saw other people served at tables. I finally went to the bar and waited– the manager and the bartender argued over who should make my drink. Then, while the bartender helped me, the manager came up and complained about her to me. I got my drink, sat down, and 20 minutes later, when he saw me just looking around, the manager walked by and uttered that unsolicited instruction to me, should I want anything else. There’s another lounge at the other end of the terminal. Good management and service is worth finding. To the woman behind the bar who made my manhattan graciously and carefully, thank you!

The Red Bud Bar is located in Will Rogers World Airport towards the end of the Terminal where the lower numbered gates are(Gates 1 – 5). You can choose to sit at the bar — or at a table. Very generic beer offerings here — mostly the mass produced American beers. The food menu is somewhat limited. I ordered the hot dog. Served on a roll with potato salad and a dill pickle spear. The dog was lukewarm. C’mon! How hard is it to serve a «hot» hot dog?! It was a shame to — as the dog was large, meaty, and had good flavor. I skipped eating the side of potato salad — since they were having problems with food temps, I was not going to risk eating a mayo-based food that had been sitting out. Of course the dill pickle spear was fine. Peggy, the person working the bar was very nice. Service was good. Food, not so much. Good place to suck down American beers.
