All these reviews are a few years old so I’m not sure if things were ever really that bad or not. I’ve been coming here for about a year and sure the building isn’t brand new(it’s a little run down) but the staff is always present and the chicken is some of the best I’ve ever had. Just be sure to call and order ahead for take out since they make it fresh when you order. Usually my coworkers and I grab the all you can eat buffet here. There’s not a huge variety but it’s around 7 bucks with a drink. I always look forward to it!

Food is average, place is an older restaurant that looks like it’s seen better days. Would’ve easily awarded this place 3, maybe even 4 start due to the fact that the good was not bad and it’s very cheap. However, they get 1 star because they apparently allow dogs in here. No, I’m not talking about a service animal! It’s a little schnauzer on a leash that the owners apparently didn’t want to leave in the car. Ridiculous! P. S. I am a dog owner and lover myself, just don’t expect them in a place where there is open food(it’s a buffet) not but a few feet away. If this is your thing you should most definitely come check this place out and bring your pet with you! I won’t be coming back.

Oh Roundup. You ruined my lifetime streak of visiting places that have not appeared on a TV show about restaurants with terrible hygiene. I can say that I never saw anything on a visit that made me nervous about food safety, though I have witnessed some of the improper behavior they highlighted. The food is not bad considering how cheap it is … but it’s really, really cheap. It’s buffet style, with emphasis on fried chicken and pizza, with some of the other traditional buffet dishes thrown in. I suppose for the exceptionally budget minded, those with kids, and those who love(bland) fried chicken, there might be some appeal here. I am not in any of those categories, so I’d have to recommend pass.

if you ate at Shakey’s Pizza as a kid, you will love the Round-up. They have the same great buffet, with pizza(that they will make any way you want), fried chicken and the delicious and magical MOJO potatoes! I eat there every time I’m in town.
