Sonic Drive-In

Best sonic service and food I’ve ever had. Kudos to this crew on being friendly and efficient.

I ordered a toaster sandwich. The bread was white smashed and mush. Ordered a croissant sandwich I couldn’t tell it was a croissant. It was smashed in a ball covered in cheese which I think was supposed to be inside. Don’t waste your money not even worth a drink stop.
Don’t know why it put one star on there.

Between 3:30 & 4:00 p.m. today, after sitting in one of the stalls for 5 minutes, I finally drove off having never been acknowledged. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager who when I told she was needed on the phone told the young lady who had answered that she didn’t want to come to the phone. After Cindy came to the phone and acknowledged she was the manager on duty, I expressed my displeasure based on the facts previously noted at which time she began to lament over the fact that they were busy and understaffed. I told her I didn’t want to hear about the restaurants problems but was wanting to make her aware so that improvements could be made should I ever decide to stop there again. At this point, she said she didn’t consider it to be a problem and she didn’t care if I ever came to another Sonic. I immediately asked for her last name so I could share her sentiments with the corporate office; and, she immediately hung up on me. I’m not sure who reads these but I will be following up with the corporate office on Monday because Cindy doesn’t deserve to have a job is she can’t manage her staff and her customer responses any better than she did today.

This Sonic location is probably my favorite as its the closest to my relatives’ house! Plus the service is great as they’re fast and accurate with orders. The drive thru is convenient; however, the car hop stalls come in handy if too many folks are in line. Remember to always be nice and tip the car hop!
