Since I moved to the neighborhood several months ago, I’ve been using Style Cleaners. They have reasonable prices, and their staff, particularly Rhonda, are very pleasant. However, good prices don’t mean much when you have to replace your clothes. Even though management never seems to be present, here is what I know about the management: they won’t take responsibility for ruining your clothes, or even offer to refund you what you paid them to clean(and consequently destroy) your clothes in the first place. I know they put a large, gaping hole in my silk skirt. They say they didn’t. Guess this is not a place where the customer is right. Even an apology alone would have kept my business(for everything but silk skirts, anyway). But their failure to take responsibility for the damage to my skirt means I’m going elsewhere for everything. I recommend crossing your fingers if you’re relying on them to clean anything you care about.
