The Pilates Edge specializes in one on one training, semi private training and small group personalized training. Each session in our studio typically includes both mat and equipment work focusing on your goals and needs. Instructors will accomodate your limitations, monitor improvements and provide challenging workouts as your skill level increases. Whether you are an elite athlete, a weekend warrior, stay at home mom, recovering from an injury, or just wanting to start an exercise program, pilates can help you achieve your goals.
