Terrible service. Placed an order over the phone and 2 weeks have gone by and still no liquid(I only live 1.5 hours away). Called multiple times and was given the run around and now they won’t even answer the phone. Was told my order was shipped 3 different times but no tracking number was given. Also was told 3 different times a manager would call me back but haven’t received a call yet. Just tried calling again and someone answered but then quickly hung up. Terrible way to run a business. $ 20 down the drain…

It’s apparent there are a lot of smokers in Oklahoma(OKC, at least) and this trip I noticed a *ton* of folks vaping as well. I ran out of my juice from my favorite vape shop back home so I needed some to get by for the week. A fellow vaper recommended this place while I was having a drink one night. The person next to him seconded his recommendation. I have to say, maybe the expectations aren’t as high in OKC for vape shops… but I was extremely disappointed. First off, the décor is just really tacky and a bit sketchy. It looks like they moved in yesterday and could care less about the presentation of the business. Second, there are a bunch of «house flavors»(as expected) that I tried; when I asked what flavors were involved, I was told they weren’t allowed to tell. That is crazy. Not sure if state law or what. I just didn’t feel comfortable in this store. Most of the ones in Tampa are really big on décor and presentation since vaping is a newer thing and really exploding across the country. I will say the staff was pretty nice and attentive. I’ll also say the prices at this shop were much cheaper than I am used to. The flavor I got was Butter Pecan, and it left a lot to be desired… had more of a chemical aftertaste to it than flavor. TIP: American Express not accepted.
