Cosmic Jump – Olathe

My children did in fact have a good time. I give credit to this because they are four and two years of age. We have been to several trampoline parks, and this is the first where you can not jump with your children, unless they are over seven years old. Compared to other trampoline parks, it is also extremely small. Their inflatables almost take up as much room as the trampolines do. Does not really inspire parent child interaction.

I only give a 1 star if it is just absolutely horrible. BUT this place was close to it! When we checked in, it was ok seems how i had filled the waivers out online for my kids. We were trying to divide if we should let our 3 girls jump for 1 or 2 hours and the young kid could not explain clear enough to me if it would be ok to pay for 1 hour and if they wanted to jump longer then we could pay later. I learned from reading reviews that adults cant jump with their kids. So i wasnt upset about that just disappointed. We sat in the massage chairs and one of them would not except cash and it seemed like we ruined the kid employees life by asking him what was wrong with the chair. Then our girls wanted to do the hurricane machine, which costs 2 $. We needed change and all 3 workers but 1 are just standing around and we were told that they were too busy to get us change. There were 2 teenage kids jumping and the dodgeball area was full. How were they too busy? The bathroom is absolutely disgusting! Kids walking around with no shoes and that bathroom floor is sticky. I wont be back and will go to Sky Zone and pay higher prices than come back here again.

My kids had a great time here. I really liked that they had some segregated areas by age, which really kept my mind at ease for their safety. Their monitors were present, but in no way obnoxious.
My husband and I sat in their massage chairs and omg… Best chairs ever!

I went to Cosmic Jump with my 2 daughters and their friend on Memorial Day. I was told that they could stay alone (they are 11 and 13). I chose to stay and I am very glad I did. It wasn’t very busy and there was a small group of boys who came over to play dodge ball while my girls played. Within 5 minutes my girls stopped playing and came to tell me they had been called the N word and the B word. I asked if any staff heard and they said yes. I approached an employee and told him what happened. He went and spoke to the staff person supervising dodge ball and he said he did, indeed, hear the boys say that repeatedly to my girls. I approached the manager who didn’t know what to do. He was clearly annoyed that I was asking him to do something about it. He said the boys received a warning and were told they had one more chance. About 15 minutes later I approached the manager and told him I wanted my girls to be able to play dodge ball and could the boys move to another spot. He immediately told me the boys were «paying customers too.» I decided to persist and he finally told the boys to move on. I emailed the manager a few days later and she emailed back to say she wanted to talk to me. When we did speak she said all the right things at first, they have spoken with the manager, will work on retraining etc. She then went on to tell me that while the employee heard the boys «saying» the N word and the B word she isn’t convinced that she was saying it TO my girls. That is when I politely ended the conversation and decided to write this review. Do not leave your children there (no matter what age) unsupervised. Do not expect management to act on any concerns. They support bullying and do not protect girls. My girls had never been called those words and had no reason to lie about it. It is sad that this is allowed at Cosmic Jump.

That was the coolest place I have ever been to! We all had a great time playing basketball, dodgeball, and just jumping. The workers there are just great! Also best of all it is very cheap.

We decided to stop here in the way home from T Rex Café for my son’s 2^nd birthday. We were thinking about going to sky zone but that place was pretty pricey. We got to Cosmic jump and only had to end up paying for my 7 y r old daughter because 2 and under are free. They have the play area seperated by ages and the employees are very attentive to make sure everyone is safe.

For the price it’s really a lot of fun. They only charged us $ 12 for two hours. At first we were disappointed because we mainly wanted to dunk basketballs and thought we could have a dunk contest, but that whole thing was a false promise. The hoops are about 15 feet high and the trampolines are shot so you can’t even get close if you try to reach the rim. Unless you’re about 6’5″. So that was a bust and we thought there was no way we’d be able to occupy ourselves for two hours.
But the other parts were a lot more fun. There’s a little dodgeball area and then another area with long trampoline runways and angled walls and the trampolines are actually pretty bouncy. Plus they have ping pong and an Xbox Kinect and by the end we ended up wishing we had more time to spend but the place was closing. Definitely worth checking out. Great workout too by the way, we were exhausted.

Great place for young kids, but not ideal for teens/​adults. Dodge ball has a non-​stop line in front of it so don’t expect to run up and get to join in a game. Kids less than 7 are in a separate area which is nice so they won’t be crushed by older kids doing flips. Overall I feel cosmic jump is over rated and over priced.

Went to cosmic jump today with my fiancé and used a Groupon. We had a surprisingly good experience. We were worried that we were too old (20’s), but that was not the case.
This place was very efficient. We walked in and completed a wavier on their ipads. Next we stowed our valuables in their bins (for free), and then we were jumping around in no more than 4 minutes.
There are clear signs that tell which areas are for younger people, and which areas are for the older people. However, a group of younger people went in the wrong area for a bit and there was nobody to enforce this.
Overall, this was a great date. The facilities were clean, it was nice to stow my valuables for free in a safe spot, and it was so much fun jumping around.

I love the idea, but the place itself needs a little more organization and structure.
came here with my two-​year-​old son, a friend and her 16-​month-​old daughter. it is $ 7 for kids over 18-​months old. for one hour. they give kids a bracelet and they can go to one of the areas designated for kids.
there were three different birthday parties going on while we were there. my little guy and his friend had a good time bouncing around when they wasn’t dodging older kids who weren’t paying very much attention to them.
after about 40 minutes we decided that was enough. while they were having fun, I also think they were getting tired of the older kids running all over the place.
yes, I think this place is geared toward older kids and adults, but they really need to manage the number of people in each area at any given time. it’s hard to have a lot of fun bouncing around when trying to avoid others wanting to do the same.
