Great price, but poor follow up, poor attention to detail, and horrible communication and people skills. We were told it would take less than a week to complete our job, but it took a month. We constantly had to call them to see when they were coming out, and then when they did come out it was never early… like we were an after thought. The guys (who were contracted out) who did the actual work were nice, but their attention to detail was not good. The workers lived 5 hours away, and drove in each week to work, SO that may be why it took so long to get done. Not sure why we didn’t get locals to do the work. After the job was «finished», we had to have different workers come out 3 more times to clean up and correct the work. The worst thing was the main contact… Mr. Harris lacked people and professional skills. He promised the world, and came up short. At the end he scheduled the extra 3 visits to «make us happy». They say you get what you pay for… We were so glad to be done with it in the end.
