My dad bought two groupons for us to use to have our cars detailed. I’m planning on trading mine in soon, so the timing was good.
We set an appointment a couple months out, then we had to go out of town at the last minute, but they were happy to reschedule us for a week later with no issue.
My dad’s suburban was done first, and when we pulled into the parking lot he was already exclaiming about how great it looked just from the outside.
I had my SUV done the next day, and let me tell you, my car was a mess! I honestly haven’t deep cleaned it in the 5 years that I’ve owned it. It’s lucky to get vacuumed once every couple months. I had cup holders used to hold change that had gotten sticky from spilled drinks. There’s a well underneath the driver’s seat that seems to collect everything and the vacuum has never made it back that far. The vents have never been cleaned of dust. So, I was a little nervous about what they would say about my car.
When I picked it up I was told «don’t worry; we’ve seen worse.» I must say that my car hasn’t looked this good since the first week I drove it off the lot! Even some of the little door ding paint smudges were buffed out by the nice wax my car received.
This was a great experience and I would do it again. I think the 1-​star review here is really unfair. Anyone who has used Groupon before knows that businesses get inundated with calls after the certificates are issued. If it’s for a service business like this that requires appointments, you are going to have a wait — it doesn’t matter what the service is. I have to say that the wait was worth it in this case. They do a great job, and they even have experience working on classic cars, so don’t be hesitant to take any vehicle there.

I got my husband a groupon to have his truck detailed here at peerless. He loves his truck and gets anxious about anyone but him touching it… ha! But, when we picked up his truck it was as if it was coming off the showroom floor… seriously! They are very detailed… beautiful job, I bought my husband another groupon and we go again in a couple of months. The review by Laura w. for one star because she couldn’t get in right away is not fair at all. If you can’t get in because they’re busy that means you give them a bad review? Seriously? Ok, so go where you can get in and get subpar results. My hairdresser is also super busy and I have a hard time getting in on a whim, so I plan ahead and call well in advance… same for my doctor, she’s very busy, a year out for a yearly check-​up! I wouldn’t go elsewhere, I plan ahead. West side local the restaurant is also booked at good times for dinner on the weekends… I wouldn’t just not go ever again cause they’re busy… I make a reservation way ahead.

I’m sure they’re good at what they do, but I’ll never find out since I made the error of telling them I had a discounted certificate! I called to make an appointment for my new used vehicle and never heard back. Three days later, I called and was told they had nothing for two and a half months! Sorry, can’t wait that long. Got my money back so I can go elsewhere. REALLY disappointed as I had heard great things about their work.

So I decided to buy a gift certificate to get my car detailed inside and out here. The end results were beyond my expectations. They cleaned every square inch of my interior and that isn’t an over statement. I’ve taken my cars various other places to get detailed and none of them have compared. They do a great job here and pay close attention to detail as well. I would recommend this place to everyone and plan to use them again in the future. I couldn’t find a single flaw in the work they did detailing my car. Thanks Peerless for the great job you did!!!
